It's sad. No grandpa should have to get KOd for a check. Liddell made millions in his fighting career, especially from 2003-2007, but mustve blown it all. If he didnt need the money, somebody in his family or circle of friends wouldve talked him out of getting in the cage last night. |

Im going with Holloway to win. Ortega will give him a challenge, but i still see Holloway winning in a close fight. I dont see Holloway dominating, like he did with Aldo. I got a coworker who says Ortegas winning. With Joanna vs Valentina, that one i have a hard time with. I feel its gonna be another close fight. I dont think either woman could afford losing here.

I'm really high on Ortega - I think he's the "next big thing" and a future P4P candidate. That, coupled with Max's health/weight issues... I see Ortega winning by late stoppage.
I'm kind of torn with Joanna/Shevchenko... leaning more towards Shevchenko though, probably by UD.

Very unimpressed with Shevchenko tonight. She is naturally much bigger than Joanna and took her down at will but did nothing with it. I mean she won that fight hands down, but she won because of the takedowns and just pressing Joanna against the cage. So the strength gap was huge, but the power and ground prowess just wasn't. I don't know man, I expected a much more dominant performance. I mean 2 weight classes difference (1 moved up, 1 moved down) is like Khabib vs Cruz. Can you imagine the way he would drag Cruz? That's what I expected. I'm let down.
