so Jon Jones still has a Nike sponsorship? that’s pretty crazy considering his history Jones can pretty much get away with anything due to how ridiculously good he is. Sad really

Time for Dana White to make nice with Paul Daley. The UFC would be sinking fast in it's current state with any real competition. Lesnar always flirting but never coming back Dc ready to retire Jones always a risk to piss dirty Gus retired Manuwa retired Bisping retired Hendo retired Gsp retired Conor ? Who knows Diaz brothers ? Alvarez gone DJ gone Rory gone Mousasi gone Ronda and Miesha retired Cyborg wants out Sage northcutt didnt pan out Silva, Aldo clearly on the way out Dillashaw gone 2 years That's a lot of hits in a few year span. Cant let a possible big draw stay in bellator because he got koschek after the bell. I've never met the guy and I wanna sucker punch him. The UFC shouldnt bring back Paul Daley, not because he suckerpunched Koscheck, but because he got lay n prayed by Jon Fitch and never developed a ground game despite 20+ years of training.

Joanna vs Michelle Waterson is all but final. Has to be a title eliminater for sure. I'm guessing that means they expect Suarez to miss a good bit of time.
The ufc also released John Lineker today, which seems crazy. For a company that has (as I've noted) lost a lot of star power as well as 2nd tier stars and solid middle of the card fighters, letting go of a popular fighter with a fan friendly style, with a 12-4 record in the ufc seems stupid.

Lineker has pulled out of 4 of his last 6 fights, it would be stupid to book him again bruh

If the other were better, they would have been ahead on them. They werent. So you lose a guy, and a lesser guy fills his spot. Thats not good when it happens constantly. Quality is down.

Been a great night so far. Rockhold getting slept has become a beautiful ritual. The myth of Ben Askren is now dead. WOW. Fastest KO in ufc history. Amazing.

Jon Jones looked scared tonight. If Santos didnt get that leg hurt early, I think he wins.

Jon didn't throw many meaningful punches... seemed to constantly go back to the spinning kick to the body but couldn't connect with a punch that had any pop behind it. Hit an elbow, about it other than the kicks. This was always the kinda fight that could beat Jon, someone who's willing to throw hands no matter and someone who hacked at those legs, crazy nobody has made him wobble with leg kicks, they're always there.

I cant stop laughing about Rockhold. Chin wasnt holding up at 185, why on earth did he think he could take the power shots at 205 lol.
Imagine Santos getting ahold of him.

I can't imagine any of the UK'ers paid for this - I certainly didn't.

That injury in the 2nd round did ruin Thiagos chances. I think the only definites (to me) were the 1st for Santos and the 3rd and 4th for Jones. So depending on how you score the 2nd and 5th rounds, you could theoretically have it 48-47 Santos - or even 49-46 Jones. I tend to lean towards the latter score, but it was a strange fight... Jones seemed quite passive - and Santos did have some nice combos and eye-catching flurries.

Santos didnt do enough to me. Healthy, maybe he does. But I'm good with Jones winning as it was.

Ben. Didn't catch the show as was too tired and am disgusted at BT for adding a PPV price on top of the absurd cost of a subscription. arseholes
