Not surprised but disappointed. Agreed. I'll always be grateful to Kamaru for beating Colby, but would've liked to see Jorge take that one. If nothing else, because he just randomly came to chill ringside at AEW haha. |

I do respect Usman as a fighter and a champion because obviously you have to but I'm not personally a fan. I love Jorge Masvidal and really wanted to see him get the win tonight.

Did not see that coming. Holy hell man. All 3 of those title fights went the wrong way. They should can 125 like they are 145. Lack of competition, right? Rose wont reign long. She comes up big in big spots but she isnt as good as her fans think.
If Colby cant beat Usman with wrestling, because he wont on the feet, nobody will until possibly Chimaev, if he ever freaking fights again.

Well personally, I'm really pleased for Rose... I don't think her crying etc. is an act at all - she's just a really emotional girl. I do wonder if she has the mental toughness to stay at the top - but the way she's won her two titles has been outstanding. Valentina once again confirming she is the best female fighter on the planet. Oh, I said it.  Hard to see anyone beating Usman... the guy is probably the best P4P fighter in the world right now (especially with Mr Jones MIA). Did not see that coming. Holy hell man. Anyone who thinks Rose was faking her emotions is out of their mind. Did you see the trembling? That was 100% authentic. Good for her. Also, if they can 125 they might as well also can every single division Amanda Nunes will ever fight in. Shevchenko and Nunes are just so above and beyond their competition. And that is exactly why I think there needs to be a trilogy between the two. I understand Nunes won both fights, but the second one was a controversial split imo. Could have gone either way. I personally had Shevchenko winning it. But I think it was one of the situations where the champion was going to get the nod. As the old adage says, you can’t just beat the champion. You have to TAKE the belt. Either a knockout or a decisive win. It’s the only fight left to make for either woman in my opinion. Now I understand that there are some weight issues, but I’m sure they could reach a catchweight. I love you. |
