My new home! I was there last Monday to see my boy Brees break the record. Including edible atmosphere in the dome. I would love to be season ticket holder sometime in my life. ... How did the atmosphere taste? Hah! what was meant was incredible but alas, phone.. but since we're on the subject, the food in NOLA is for lack of better word très bien

Just watched a video highlighting all the dirty plays Burfict has made since 2013 and....it’s a lot. Like more than entire divisions in that same time span.
Dude needs to go.

Derek Anderson is the new starting QB for the Bills, The Jacksonville Defense is going to feast on sunday. Aren’t the Jags playing the Texans? I meant the Colts but that post could be true in the future.

The two folks that flipped off Hill and threw beer on him are a couple of ***holes. Hats off to the Pats for banning the beer thrower. Fingers aren’t a big deal at all but wasting a $15 beer just to be a dick is stupid. Pats have a STRICT no tolerance policy. Everyone is pretty much on there best behavior, or else you lose your season tickets (23yr wait list). My Pappa told me that in the old stadium (Schaefer Stadium) if you had to piss, some would just whip it out and release themselves in there seats... it was all steel bench seating like HS football. And come Nov, dec, it was brutal. He tells me I don't know what it was to suffer when the Pat's sucked.

So I picked a good week to randomly start the Denver D in every league but ours.

Literally the ceiling had pieces falling off.

Slightly better than UK rock festivals, where it's tradition to piss in a bottle and throw it at the stage. Then one day, when you're all parched and thirsty, you mistake one of the bottles for beer and drink it after playing your set in a top hat... not that I'm referencing anything in particular.

Burfict has been fined six figures, which would probably stop a normal person for continuing to play recklessly.
Until you remember he’s been fined/forfeited 4.5 million over his career for playing recklessly.
I’m sure this will do the trick.

He gets a bad rap because he's a Bengal and usually hurts Steelers. The NFL no likey when you hurty the players on the choosen teams.

I won’t disagree with there being many more (like one of the safeties for the Chargers who is a head hunting piece of ****) or Suh. But they earned their bad raps by being cheap shot artists. It’s not needed in football, and I don’t care what football “used to be like”. You can play real, hard football without people trying to deliberately injure someone’s head or neck or ankles.

I agree you don't have to try and kill people, but they have already taken it too far in recent years. Can't land on the guy you tackle? Can't hit a guy in the air catching a ball? Targeting? As if the whole point of defense is something other than putting a bullseye on the guy with the ball? Sean Taylor, ronnie Lott, and LT would be nobodies in today's games.

I don’t agree with many of the new rules, but I do agree with targeting penalties specifically to the head. Hitting in the air during a catch should be fair play as well.

I did not expect the Patriots and Bears to be in a shootout at half time. Defense really is dead in the NFL.
