Thought it was going to be an easy game today against the Bills, but both defenses played tough today. Glad my Patriots ended the game with a win!

The first 3 quarters of that game is probably the best example of why you want the Patriots to come to your house during the Playoffs and not the other way around.

Howie has done it. Traded a 3rd round pick to Detroit for Golden Tate. Gonna have to sign him though, he is a UFA after 2018. Surely, they plan to sign him. Don't think they would have traded a 3rd for a rental.

Texans trade a 4th rd pick to the Broncos for WR Demaryius Thomas, filling the hole left by the injury to Will Fuller. Houston and Denver also swap 7th rd picks.

Don't think they would have traded a 3rd for a rental. I'll take it. Yup. Definitely will take it. Wish we could've gotten some help at corner, but it's not like there's a deep market to trade for. Josh Adams' performance has me feeling slightly better about the RB situation... for now. |

Tate is set to become an unrestricted free agent after 2018. If Tate leaves Philadelphia, we get a compensatory 3rd round draft pick back.

Wasn't a glaring need, but the stopgap is in place at RB, with Josh Adams having such a good game on Sunday. 3 backs can more than fill the void left by Ajayi. Howie obviously wanted a wideout, because there was communication in place for DJax, but TB refused to trade in the end. More weapons for Carson is never a bad thing. I know we need secondary help, it's been less than stellar back there, to say the least. Ideal world, we'd make a deal for Patrick Peterson, but it's past the deadline and no other deals were done so they must feel what we have is serviceable enough. |

Great move for the Eagles trading for Golden Tate, a number one option on the Lions for only a 3rd. Offense will be unstoppable with defenses have to worry about covering Ertz, Jeffery, and Tate. If the o-line can give Wentz time to throw and they can get the run game going there’s no reason they can’t score the same volume or more than they did last year.

For God's sake bench Jared Goff and GIVE THE BALL TO TODD GURLEY. Mcvay gets so much credit for ignoring his best player just to try and prove he can turn a Gawful (patent pending) qb into something. Third in the league in passing yards with 17 Touchdowns and they’re 8-0. He’s far from awful. |
