It's to stop Dixie from selling the library and to protect Billy's investment in the company. Wouldn't any investment automatically start out as a loss? Is that really an investment?

Supposedly, Dixie was trying to sell off another piece of the company under Corgan's nose to pay for the January tapings.
Ditzy twit. Reminds of when they were about to be cancelled by Spike, and one of their biggest problems with TNA was Russo - who Dixie swore up-and-down wasn't working for the company anymore... then Russo accidentally sent an e-mail to Mike Johnson that revealed she was secretly working with him the whole time. Or the time she accidentally e-mailed the execs at DA calling them a bunch of idiots. It really is a miracle and a half they've made it this far.

We will probably find out that she has sold 400% of the company to 8 partners and she will flee to a country that has no extradition agreement with the US.

You can't make this crap up, just end this nonsense already. Billy you put a bunch of money into TNA and you got suckered by Dixie.
Just pull all your money out and let it die. I have to commend Dixie again for conning people to sink more money into this never profitable company.

Now TNA has had a lien placed on them for unpaid taxes in Tennessee.
When Dixie trips, she sure knows how to fall... off a cliff.

How does this company survive another month, week, day ?? Corgan is probably hoping to pick the company up after it falls into bankruptcy at this point. Also, in a further update, The Fight Network were the ones to fund BFG/the recent tapings. Dixie also sold off part of the tape library. Current debts stand at $3.4M.

Sadly if Corgan was interested in being a promoter and not make a killing, running TNA as a local Chicago promotion with simplified costs, monthly shows and iPPV/DVD sales it could have survived. Hell if the tape library had been left intact he could have had his new toy for years.
I have a feeling Corgan has delusions TNA can still be a national promotion when there is just not room for another wrestling promotion on TV and the cost of doing a weekly show is far to high for a company as fragmented as TNA.

Whatever gets Clarence Mason back on TV. I wonder what name he would use? WWE owns the name "Clearance Mason" and may own the name "Luther Biggs" after they bought wcw.
