It's a sad situation where no one noticed the destruction dixie put TNA in until Billy came in. Now all the guys and girls in TNA may or may not end up with a job because of Dixie's ego. If the court is blind to see this and doesn't give control to Billy, TNA is done for.

First off. I wish a court would determine that Dixie has to pay everyone she promised money to out of her own pocket. Secondly. I hope that not even McDonald's will hire her dumb  ing ass once this is over. She should pay Bobby Roode for screwing him when his contract came to an end and the bs they tried to pull on him. Well..all the boys too since they're not getting paid at all either. I'm glad Joe, Styles, Young, etc. went to NXT/WWE, at least they're getting paid with consistency. |

So, TNA's lawyer basically admitted they committed fraud by agreeing to a loan that was illegal under Tennessee law? And said Corgan was compensated well by TNA? And that he only offered them a loan because it would be beneficial to him?
I guess Dixie decided to hire a close relative to take up her case.

Anyone in TNA from October 2002-onwards only ever had a job because of Dixie Carter anyway. She's made a lot of dumb decisions, but she gave the wrestling industry 14 years worth of jobs that it wouldn't have had otherwise. |

It didn't help when TNA signed loads of old legends who must of been on big money. Hogan must of been on a lot of money while Styles, Roode and Joe were getting bad treatment. Dixie should've gave the company to Corgan rather than avoiding it, now she's made it worst

Dixie ran tna into the ground, Billy bailed her out multiple times. But cant take over even though the company is being funded on lines of credit and bail outs, ftw. Billy, get the fight network to cut you a check and get out of this mess. You tried to help, but tna is beyond saving. |

If they can not afford to pay the talent or production costs how will they give Corgan his 1.8 million back as ordered? The new ownership better have deep pockets if they wish to settle all of the debts and rebuild the company......or they are buying it just to flip it to Vince.
