The day after corgan loses his challenge to take over tna because they are insolvent they lose there TV deal in the UK.
That judge is either a freaking moron or tna hid this from the court, or both. This is absolutely pathetic, get out of this mess Billy.

Dixie is going to go crawling to her dad and get the 1.8. Anthem was ready to pay Corgan back just to get rid of him. Seems like Billy lent TNA money and hoped they wouldn't be able to pay him back so that they'd default and he'd get control of the company as a result. A bad situation all around. |

Personally, i dont want TNA to die. However, im sure im not the only one, but im tired of hearing bad news after bad news after bad news coming from TNA. Corgan losing the court case has brought me down a bit cause i really wanted him to get the company to rebrand it so that they have a fighting chance. However, as long as Dixie stays with 93% of ownership, we will hear nothing but horrible news and im willing to bet some of the people saying TNA should die are saying it becauae they're tired of hearing about it. I do not want TNA to die. They have great talent, im not how their creative will be like if Corgans no longer in charge or decides to leave after losing his case. The Hardys are ny favorite thing in the show, so hopefully we see TNA 2017. |

I don't want tna to die, I just want Dixie Carter purged from the wrestling industry forever. For that to happen tna would be collateral damage because she seems intent on taking it down with her. When Dixie asked aj styles to take a 50-60% pay cut that's when I figured that out and tna was dead to me. You don't treat homegrown talent that way. How's AJ Styles doing by the way ? How's Jay Lethal doing ? How's Bobby Rhoode doing ? Yeah then Dixie is the problem not the solution. |

The following press release was issued today:
Anthem Sports & Entertainment Corp. and Impact Ventures, parent company of TNA Impact Wrestling, today announced that Anthem has provided a credit facility to TNA to fund operations.
Anthem Sports & Entertainment Corp. is a global sports media company that operates Fight Network, Impact Wrestling’s exclusive broadcaster in Canada, as well as the exclusive worldwide digital streaming partner for all TNA programming. It is also an equity stakeholder of Impact Ventures.
The agreement includes the appointment of Anthem Executive Vice President Ed Nordholm to the Impact Ventures Board of Managers. The company will be managed by the Board with Mr. Nordholm representing the Board on all major operating and restructuring decisions. Dixie Carter will continue as Chair of the Company, as well as her position on the Board of Managers. Billy Corgan is no longer with the company.
“We have had a successful, long-term partnership with Fight Network as our Canadian broadcaster, and more recently as our global digital partner,” said Dixie Carter. “Anthem’s team has extensive media experience, and I am excited to have that available to us as we plan for the future.”
Billy Corgan responded on Twitter with the following:
“FACT: TNA was supposed to pay me to 2 days ago, which they swore to in front of a judge,” Corgan wrote. “Yesterday they asked for a day to ‘get $ together.’ Upon which, (yesterday or today) they’d ‘reach out directly’ to settle ALL claims. So they lied again and have used the time as a weapon. FACT: I have still not been paid, and I’m exploring all remedies including new filings with court and converting to 36 pct. equity.

I'm still watching, I'm still enjoying, all by not shitting on Dixie. Now do i want her gone? Yes. That is the only way to keep TNA alive and well. |
