I third this. No wrestling talent, stupid gimmick pulled right from the pages of wrestlecrap, theres just nothing redeeming about keeping him around. I too don't wish to see someone let go, but if we're talking hypothetically, I would let all of these people go. Shining Stars — Epico has been around since 2011, Primo since 2008, and neither have ever been over in any instance in 6-10 years with the company. Jack Swagger — A case of trying to make too much of something too quick, his pushes to the ECW and World Title felt forced and are completely forgettable, much like Swagger at the moment. Noam Dar — I don't see the appeal, with guys like Neville, Swann, Cedric, Perkins, Kendrick, Gallagher, Gulak, Nese and probably Aries soon, Dar is and will be outshined, and forgotten. Darren Young — I don't see anything left that can save his career, he's a meh performer, don't hate him but there's only so many times you can split the PTP and put them back together. Titus O'Neil — Horrible on the mic, boring heel, and again much like Darren, can't just throw the PTP back out there everytime something doesn't work. Shouldn't have split them in the first place. R-Truth — Had his magic run in 2011 as an entertaining heel, but thats been about the one highlight of a near 10 year run back in WWE. Goldust — Its time to hang it up, I liked Goldust in 96 and again in 2002, but his time has come and gone. He came back and ruined Cody's face run in 2013, now he's just eating up TV time. James Ellsworth — He's had his 15 minutes, times up. Unless he's there to get "Colin Delaney'd" until he gets released, I have no interest on him ruining the A show, Smackdown. Tamina — Has been around for 7 years, hasn't accomplished a thing. Continuously injured, very sub par performer. The Women's revolution has passed her by. Natalya — Same as Tamina, her time has come and gone, much better performers have emerged, her cat thing is stupid, and she just comes off as entitled because she's sort of a Hart. Jinder Mahal — What was the point in rehiring him? They've done nothing with him, and putting him with Rusev has only brought Rusev down. Time for him to go. Nia Jax — WWE attempted to have a dominate powerful female, they swung and missed with using Nia Jax in that role. Her facial expressions look like she's confused, and is sloppy in the ring. Curt Hawkins — His Matt Hardy V1 ripoff gimmick he returned with has fallen flat on his feet. Has he had a match since returning? Yes? No? Either way I couldn't care less. Wesley Blake — Always felt like he was the weaker member of the team with Buddy Murphy. Haven't seen anything impressive with him since breaking up the team either. Any female interviewer not named Renee Young — Seriously, you all suck. Dana Brooke — Brought up to the main roster as a very green in ring talent, nothing has changed in the 8 months since she's been on Raw. I have to agree with everything you have said, especially since it's with everyone you have listed.

I'm going to go with someone no one has said yet. Michael Cole. He's been around since 1997. How is he still so awful as a commentator? He is the most outwardly obnoxious commentator I've ever heard and actively ruins WWE products. And yet, he's still constantly around. Commentators need refreshed and on their roster they have so many better play by play commentators, guys who actually call play by play wrestling rather than laughing at what's going on and burying the talent. The angle with Bryan killed his momentum dead for years, but the angle truthfully just shined a light on what Cole does, did, and continues to do; bury talent. I don't know if there's someone in his ear or if he's just doing it, but no one will ever get over because of him. Ever. The play by play commentator's role is to call the action, explain why things hurt, explain what's going on to the uninitiated and do so in a way that doesn't insult the intelligence of the initiated. Michael Cole does none of these. You want to talk about social media, fine, find down times in the matches to do so. That's what down times are for, to talk about other relevant things. Not just power talking over the matches, then during down times laughing about nothing like an idiot. Michael Cole needs to go Coming out of left field! You make a good point though. Maruro is doing a more entertaining commentary on Smackdown.

I really dont understand why there are so many people here who believe noone should ever get fired. If someone isnt performing their job properly, in this case meaning being entertaining, then they should get the boot. If noone ever got fired we wouldn't have any room for new stars.
Tamina, Rosa Mendes, Primo and Epico are the absolute pits. I don't know who Rosa has been extorting for all of these years to keep her job but she is completely useless.

I fell like the whole commentary team on both shows really just need to get their act together. Mauro is the only one who does his job right. On Raw, Cole and Corey Graves just bash Byron (who acts like a child the whole time) and poke fun at the superstars the whole time, especially Cole. Over on Smackdown Live, JBL is OK, but the constant yelling and botching get really annoying at times. David Otunga comes off as just plain arrogant and does nothing but bring the whole team down, especially when a superstar is on commentary with them. Tom Phillips is there for the whole show but just kind of sits there and doesn't say anything. I totally agree that Cole needs to go along with Byron Saxton, Tom Phillips, and David Otunga.

I truley beleive that if michael cole wasnt around that roman reigns would be popular. his commentary kills everything.

I was lol. I don't want anyone to get released. With there being a brand split it opens up more room for guys to shine.

Surprised to see so many people saying Blake should be released. If anything, Blake and Murphy should be put back together and brought up to the main roster, to add another actual tag team to RAW.

I don't think anyone needs to be released. What WWE needs to do is make Main Event and Superstars their own brands too. Guys like Swagger, D. Young, Bo Dallas, The Colon's and such can appear on those shows. It would give them TV time each week and they would have meaningful spots and matches since that's their brand. I would have these guys on the WWE Superstars roster The Miz Xavier Woods Kofi Kingston Big E Luke Gallows Karl Anderson Big Cass Sami Zayn Heath Slater Darren Young Titus O Neill Mark Henry R-Truth Apollo Crews Natalya Nikki Bella Naomi The WWE still makes some, but not a lot, of money with them so they shouldnt be released outright. The Intercontinental or US Championship should be moved to this brand and be renamed the WWE Network Championship, where the title is defended in a match that can only be seen on the WWE Network

TBH looking at this thread I must say that it's wrong to want people to lose their jobs regardless of how their used. Most of the roster have families that need provided for so they need their weakly pay cheque.

The people just listing their least favourite wrestlers have wasted a good thread topic.
I'd say:
Alicia Fox - She's not a good performer. She's been in WWE so long that I can't remember her debut, and I also can't remember a single thing she's ever done of any worth.
Bo Dallas - He was New Day before New Day, but New Day did it infinitely better. He's never going to get another shot, so we should let someone else have a go.
Darren Young - As others have said, they tried but he's a none starter.
Titus O'Neil - See: Darren Young.
The Ascension - So sad when you consider their NXT run.
