I chose Monsoon/Heenan but in all honesty it's a tie between them and Monsoon/Ventura.
Side note here, I'm willing to bet nobody will pick today's announcers for obvious reasons.

How can I take this seriously without an option for Tony Schiavone/Dusty Rhodes? They should be in anyone's top 5.

OP not including David Otunga in any capacity out of respect for professional wrestling is admirable. I went with Heenan and Monsoon. Probably the best but not necessarily my favourite

Joey Styles and Tazz was awesome. I miss Matt Striker. Dude had the voice and could make stuff seem way better than it was. I am glad I can still hear him on Lucha Underground.

I'm with @mrwrestlingfigsii on Ross and Heyman. IMO Heyman was about as close as it comes to being able to fill Heenan's shoes. |

IMO Heyman was about as close as it comes to being able to fill Heenan's shoes. Not to mention Heyman was always on Ross's toes about the action and storytelling, unlike Lawler who would throw out a perv joke here and there. |
