The Acolytes (w/Paul Bearer) def. The New Age Outlaws (c) via pinfall to become the NEW Tag Team Champions.
The Outlaws have finally lost the Tag titles after the Acolytes overpower them in the match and land the aided-powerbomb finisher on Road Dogg for the pin and win.
WWF Championship Tournament Match 1: The Rock def. Ken Shamrock via pinfall.
A big win. The Rock actually prevails in the match over Shamrock after the Rock gets in the Rock Bottom on the outside. The Rock tosses Shamrock back in the ring for another Rock Bottom for the pin and win.
WWF Championship Tournament Match 2: Mankind def. Kane via DQ.
Despite the fact that Kane nearly destroyed Mankind in the match, the Big Boss Man is ordered by Vince McMahon to abduct Mankind and stop the match. The referee called in a DQ when the Boss Man runs in to attack Mankind. Boss Man gets angry at the ref for that and uses his night stick against the ref. Boss Man starts beating down Mankind. Kane however notices the Boss Man and goes for a chokeslam, but Boss Man attacks him with the night stick and grabs a hold of Mankind who rolled out of the floor. Boss Man drags Mankind to the back.
WWF IC Tournament SEMI FINAL 1: X-Pac def. Edge via pinfall
WWF IC Tournament SEMI FINAL 2: The Godfather (w/2 Hos) def. Al Snow via pinfall
Jacqueline (w/Debra) def. Marc Mero (c) via pinfall to become the NEW WWF Women's Champion.
Although Mero had the upperhand, Jackie managed to lowblow him late in the match for a small package to win the match. Jackie celebrates as Sable, Terri Runnels and Debra come out to congratulate her.
WWF Championship Tournament Match 3: HARDCORE RULES: Stone Cold Steve Austin def. Big Boss Man via pinfall.
JR wonders what the Boss Man did to Mankind. The Boss Man continued to assault Austin with his night stick. Austin however got the upperhand after throwing Boss Man into the ringpost and clotheslining him to the ground. Austin beat him silly as he grabs a chair and smashes it over him. Austin starts to use the night stick against the Boss Man and even slams him with it, placing it between his groin/rear and lifting him over. Later Brisco and Patterson walk out and use brass knuckles to beat up on Austin, but Austin stuns them both in time and stun Boss Man thereafter for the win.
WWF Championship Tournament Match 4: The Undertaker (w/Paul) def. Gangrel (w/Brood) via DQ. During the match, the referee was knocked out and TRIPLE H makes a run in to pedigree the Undertaker.
Gangrel is up and starts biting on the Undertaker's neck. Suddenly the light turns off and on and there seems to be a "lightening" strike where Gangrel shouts as though he gained much power. However the referee is back up and noticed that Gangrel "bit" Taker and calls for the bell. As Gangrel leaves with the Brood as a flash of light follows him around. Taker is up looking weak and completely exhausted as if something had happened to him. He walks slowly to the back.
