So this is pretty interesting. Not saying he's returning but it is nice to see him getting help. I honestly can't stand the guy at all but it would be pretty epic to see him show up at Survivor Series and smash a guitar over Elias head. One more run and then retirement with a Mattel deal would be dope but who can really see that happening? Is there even money to be made from Jarrett anymore? I know he's a hateable heel but I don't think WWE fans of today would recognize him. I'm sure Vinces initial reaction to this news was something along the lines of "You can right off Jeff" Jeff Jarrett reportedly checked into a rehab facility. According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Karen Jarrett worked with WWE officials in setting it up. As a former WWE employee, Jarrett was eligible for WWE sponsored rehab.

Have 0 interest in ever seeing Jeff on WWE TV but it’s nice of WWE to do this.

WWE have had an open offer out for covering wrestlers' rehab expenses for years. I think the only one they gave up covering was Sunny.
Good on Jarrett for getting help, though. It's clear that he's been getting really bad lately.

This shouldn't come as any surprise.
The WWE does this for any former past wrestler it seems, except for Marty Jannetty. But he has his own issues.
Plus I would think any anger between Vince and Jarrett is long gone by now.

Good on him for getting help. One last run would be terrible. Dude never drew a dime and nobody would care if he returned.

That's because each one cost them a couple hundred thousand dollars in going in coming out messing up, going back in, coming out and messing up again......

I highly doubt Jarrett will appear in a WWE ring again but good for him for getting help before his issues got any worse.

Im glad Jarrett is getting help. Shame on the promoter/s who let Jarrett go out on that condition. Him getting WWE sponsored help doesn't mean anything other than its something WWE has offered to ANY former WWE employee for almost a decade now. Doesn't mean he's going to return, get a legends deal, etc. with WWE. Nonetheless, i hope Jarrett has a great support system once he leaves rehab. I have family members currently that went through what Jarretts going through.

It's clear that he's been getting really bad lately. I think they also have a similar policy on education as well. Like if past or present workers want to go to college or get a masters or anything like that, they help out with some of the costs. I think Vicky Guerrero took advantage of it and one or two others.

Smart move. There was a time, back in the late 80's early 90's I was a fan of Double J. But over the years he's done some things that rubbed me the wrong way. Glad he's getting help though.

Good for him. Don't want to see him anywhere near WWE TV, though.

If it gets the term "slapnuts" back into the WWE lexicon... I'd be all for a return!

Smashed 10,000 guitars and never drew a dime. Great on WWE's part on helping a previous talent that kinda screwed them over. Vince has heart and this is just another reason to give him cred.

I'm definitely in the minority here but I liked his Double J character in mid 90s WWF.
All the best to him in his road to recovery.

I'm glad that WWE is offering Jeff help after the rocky road they've had. However, no I don't need to see Jeff Jarrett in a WWE ring anymore. Maybe for a special, an old school night which I'd like to see again, but not on a regular basis.
