$30? C’mon man torso is awful and the hair looks so strange. On top packaging being covered in paint he was also not even in the plastic shell that holds him in place. They only used a rubber band on his feet so he was titled towards the window. Don’t wanna be negative about a Figure I’ve been anticipating since the day I saw it but this really is disappointing.

Painted skin tone is the biggest crock of sh*t and a QC nightmare. Literally 99% of them are messed up. But Mattel saves like 1 cent doing it that way so they don't care about defective product.

I usually don't complain about things like this but for the price point and long wait for such a legend, it's pretty sad. I'm still going to grab one because I need this particular era of Angle but I'll wait to get a deal or gift card. On the plus side the sculpt is pretty great.

It’s an awful figure.
What’s the justification of that price point? A cheap box that plays his theme music? What cool accessories are included? I wouldn’t spend $15 on it.

Am I wrong for wanting to get what I pay for? Hasbro Marvel legends are the same price come with more accessories and rarely have these issues.

Contact Mattel, because those paint apps are unacceptable.

I'd get it and just paint the hair.

Mine is fine. Sucks for you but keep on complaining, I'm sure it will help fix that paint.

For the amount of kurt angles they will be producing he should have got a brand new singlet mold. End of.
Instead they give him rybacks body including those overly jacked arms and then paint the torso just to piss us off a little more.
Then the paint apps are shocking as well and then figure will cost 32 pounds over here in the UK.
Mattel trying to kill this line before it even starts. Stop cheapening out on nearly every single thing you do.

They are toys. The end. You think this was an anti Mattel forum. Complain complain complain. Can we get an official complain thread so I don’t have to see this crap Alright rich boy sorry you're fine spending your money you work hard for (or dont) on terrible paint apps and horrendous parts choices.

No, it's not a lot of money for me. But I have standards. I wouldn't pay $25 for a Whopper. Would you? Because I have standards I expect certain things. Compliance without standards is ignorant. It's not some weird complaint about something trivial. It's not like "the wrist band is slightly miscolored" or "the elbow pad is on the wrong arm" it's pretty big to screw up the hair on a $25 toy. But if you're compliant to just light money on fire and receive trash in return have fun with that.

Figure is subpar at best and a moneygrab. The Goldberg in the main event ring, the dx hbk are a few to name the least. They're all lacking in paint, sculpts etc... This Kurt attire is awesome and I think it would of been excellent had Mattel used a unique sculpt and not painted the skin on the singlet. A lot people are overlooking the issues simply because they're excited to get a Kurt, once you overlook that you'll see that this figure is really average. I'm hoping Mattel gives us a better Kurt with a unique mold one of these days.

31 with a career and no money isn’t an issue. It’s also hard to take the lot of you seriously when everything is an issue. Both my Kurt’s are perfect. Sorry about your luck.

Money isn't an issue for most of us. But if the outrageous standard of having the damn hair painted correctly is ridiculous to you than you're the perfect customer. I don't have one yet because I'm not willing to buy it unless I see more with fine hair or it goes down in price because I won't pay for garbage. That's why I'm fine financially, standards.
