Sometimes, I randomly decide to go to Smackdown the morning of the show when I stumble across decent seats for $25. I have never been to a WWE ppv but every other show from them I have gone to has been a disappointment. I probably wouldn't think that if I only spent $25 dollars on tickets though. I am definitely getting tickets to go see MLW in Ft. Lauderdale since they are bringing back Wargames. This'll make three WWE branded shows running (not counting two NXT house shows) that I've gone to that have been the go-home Smackdown prior to an underwhelming PPV. I went to the go-home for Battleground in '06, and then the Draft later that year. I was all set to not go to this, then they announced AJ/Nakamura (which I know will probably turn tag, but whatever). $25 for 100 level seats about 10 rows from the floor suits me just fine. I'll move down for 205's title match when all the hillbilly marks up here scatter, and since I'm flying solo, I'll stagedoor for a bit and see how that serves me. Got pics with Dillinger, Asuka, Ember Moon, No Way Jose, Regal, and Nakamura last time I did that at one of the NXT houses. I've only been to one PPV (Backlash '05). Co-main was HBK and Hogan vs. Hassan and Daivari. I went to the box office the day of and got in way up in the balcony for $20. |

LOL No but I am a big fan of the original ECW so it fits.  If I was gonna' do the entrance music plays through out the entire match shtick, I'd go with Beck's 2 minute long "Mutherf*ker" on a loop. I'm an OGECW fan too, but New Jack can suck a fart. I mean - yeah, the guy has done lots of things that are indefensible.....but I'm still a fan.
Guy was legit and is one of the most underrated talkers in wrestling history. |

Guy was legit and is one of the most underrated talkers in wrestling history. It's definitely a case of separating the man from the wrestler. Hard to do given that some of the s***ty stuff he has done occurred inside the ring though. The video of him literally assaulting a rookie during a match at an indy show is disturbing. |

Pretty sure he gave that rookie a fractured skull, if I'm not mistaken.
Odd how I can separate Jack but I can't do the same for Benoit. To this day, I can't watch a Benoit match.

Yep. Inarguably one of my favorite matches of all time, if for no other reason than the ending. The ending alone made it worth it. |
