I've kinda alluded to this here and there, but for real guys - this fed cannot thrive if everyone comes in, dumps their rps, and kicks off until the next show goes up. Once upon a time, that sort of behavior was enough for certain ownerships to stop you dead in your tracks from ever getting a push, no matter how good you are. Obviously, our numbers would make that sort of foolish at this juncture. Back when I was just regular old non-owner DB/SYE, I used to be one of the only responses folks got each show, and it got to the point that if you couldn't afford me the favor, I wasn't gonna do it for you anymore. I feel like you'd all get right f*ckin' pissed if I picked up that habit again, but honestly, communication here overall is at an all time low, and I'm the end of my wits trying to figure out what needs to be done to try and foster a more discussion based environment here. There's a thousand other facets to the whole communication game here, but it feels short sighted to try and rail against the number of behind the scenes PMs I have out going unanswered (if not deliberately ignored) when we can't even get a decent showing of replies to everyone's work. There's no fun in writing for an audience of two. Moreover, nobody gets any better writing for an audience of two - we've all got different aspects of what we read that we like or don't. How the f*ck is anyone going to improve if they're only adapting to the feedback of the same two people time and time again? Spoiler alert: if you face myself or King Richius, your stuff is getting judged by a third party reader under no obligation to judge at the behest of our whims and likes. Wouldn't you wanna know what a more rounded demographic of writers here likes and doesn't? Wouldn't it stand to reason that maybe they'll give you a nod if you could do 'em the same courtesy? I hate having to rail like this, but this place, in recent memory, is at an all time low. Vets can absolutely corroborate the fact that we're presently a shell of our former selves. A roster of twelve CAN be feasible, but not if everyone just writes their piece and then sits on their hands waiting for the W or the L. A lack of readership is the sort of ship Yukio ran. That ain't my game, and it's not the sort of thing I want my name attached to, but to be honest, all this dead space? This ain't all that appealing either. I'll do my best to, at the very least, aide the rookies as best I can. You of all people know I've always had a soft spot for new guys. Not to say I won't read and reply to the big dogs, but without growing new talent, we're forced to rely on you, Kyzer, Drakz and occasionally Schneider to live forever here. And now that you know the perils of ownership (not that you didn't before but you're living it now), if I know you any kinda well, the thought of you sticking around forever even being in your head despite saying you're gonna bounce at some point prolly makes you wanna rip your hair out and spend the rest of your life in solitude in Worcester. Or hand the title to Dex and say eff it. Plus, King Richius is one Bliss wardrobe malfunction from the fed needing a new International Champ. Rated R can attest I'm at my best when I help the rooks and up and comers because I remember my growing pains here and if it weren't for Wayne, Rev, Thunder and Drakz under the guise of Chaemo during that time, guys like me and Markw would never have begun prospering writing wise. Least I can do is return that favor to the fed as I keep recruiting. I'm in as best I can, because everything you said is dead on.

On a complete aside: I found out Lucas Crowe/Justin Tyme is alive. He popped in on Twitch for a few minutes.

Drakz legit question. You may have answered it before, maybe not. How was Chaemo meant to be pronounced? Like Camo or Chemo?

Everyone not named Drakz or Kyzer should be thankful that King Richius is in place to keep me grounded. I would absolutely put DMK in as the chief figurehead of the fed if I had nobody else's good name to sully.

Buying up WFWF stock with his laundered money. Depending on how long Kyzer plans on staying around and keeping DMK relevant, as someone who wrote quite a bit of DMK (even if I ran it by Kyzer, he generally approved of what I wrote or had minor tweaks for continuity sake), I actually love that idea.

And you can quote that in your RPs if you want. It's officially canon!
