So it was a lot easier for a parent to spend £10 rather than £20 every time. lol sorry, had to laugh, no, your £10 buys you less now than it did in 2009, due to inflation etc, take petrol for example, in 2009 a litre was around 96p, now its almost £1.50, i dont think the CSs were ever £10, but yeah idk how much they were, but considering you thought Argos did elites you probably wouldn't know either

Anything else you want bringing down a peg or 2 on?

If Classic Superstars were £10 it's a lot better than £20 which is what they produce now

I’m not seeing it being that big of a deal. We’re still getting Flasbacks in the main elite line and now we’re getting an extra one in every other line but just have to go to a specific store to find it. Since they’re not stocking 2-3 different exclusive lines, they should be ordering more of the main line making it easier to find. Plus we still have GameStop, RSC, and Amazon for exclusive Flashback lines. Whatever it takes to gets us figures like Sherri and Backlund, I’m all for it. It’s better than not getting them at all like Wendi.

Tbh I don't think store distribution helps as I've mentioned before, some stores don't order figures in until they've sold all or a percentage of stock but where these figures don't sell it ends up costing other people figures they do want because stores won't get them in. Look at Targets or Walmarts some used to have old stock that never moved and in the end never ordered more stuff that would sell.

Behave, i just told you about petrol, goig from 95p to £1.50 since 2009, its not rocket science, everything has gone up in price, houses, new cars, clothes, shoes everything, money buys less now than it did then "money buys less now than it did then" so you've agreed that Flashbacks don't work because parents aren't going to pay £20 for a figure they've never heard of. Actually they won't even pay £10 Thank you, you've made me laugh on a dull day £20 now is worth pretty much what £10 was in 2009, so spending £20 now is equal to spending £10 then, more or less, it really cannot be that hard to understand surely?

Maybe there’s an agreement that since these series will be exclusive that Walmart has to order and stock a certain amount. Maybe the strategy of not having exclusive series take up shelf space will pay off. Maybe these exclusives will be easy to find online for those without a nearby brick and mortar location. I’m not going to condemn this strategy without first seeing how it plays out. It seems like Mattel is trying to figure out a way to give us figures we want and address the distribution issues with Target and Walmart. Maybe it works or maybe it doesn’t but everything prior hasn’t went smoothly either.
