Funny thing is Curt is from Minnesota yet he was the leader of the West Texas Rednecks. Even though I liked rap better than country back then I favored Curt’s group over the rappers. Today I don’t like rap, but do appreciate country though I’m not an avid listener. Well, this was in the days before John Cena got a rap gimmick over in wrestling. What do you mean?

I'm a huge rap guy but I despise Master P so I also sided with the Rednecks.

I don’t if you ever saw PN News’ shoot interview, but he claims after he left wcw, he almost went to WWF and was going to use the rapping gimmick(don’t know if he could use the name PN News) because “they really liked it”.

Sounds like thats how Men on a Mission was created.

I thought the west Texas rednecks were hilarious. I hated no limit soldiers at this time. Felt like they were on the music channels all the god damn time. "Make them say uhh!" How about I just turn the damn tv off instead! Although, Master P was in this movie called, I Got The Hook Up which was pretty funny.
Thanks for doing these man, they are a lot of fun

4 RA era gimmicks coming up. Right up your alley LA TimesCool. The RA Era is my #4 favorite era of all time after Hulkamania Era (1984-1991), WCW Monday Night War (1995-1998), early 90s WCW (1991-1994).
