Have him lose a "loser leaves town" match to Rollins in a nice hard hitting match. I don't care for Ambrose and like i said before, he's been phoning it in for a long time now. But let him leave that way. OR have Ryder and Hawkins just pick him up and throw him in a dumpster. I'm good either way. and like I said, You can't blame Dean for being lazy when he almost died and has crapty booking. Injuries are a part of pro wrestling, always have been and always will be. It sucks and it sucks that it was severe. But it happens and he got the proper care and time off and came back looking better. Ask the workers in the old school days if they ever got that. And as for his booking? A decent IC Title run, a half way decent World Title run, all the other belts he won. High profile matches. Part of one of the best groups the WWE has had, etc, Sure he was buried by Brock but who hasn't been? Dean was never going to win that match no matter how many people wanted him to. And also married Renee Young. Yeah, I think he had a not so bad time in the E. What the heck else does he want? I really don't think a lot of people understand what truly bad booking is. Not everyone is going to be world champion, not every one is going to main event, not everyone can be on every second of every hour of every show. Dean was pushed and pushed well not to mention paid very well.

Ambrose leaving now would also be as a midcarder. WWE doesn’t really have main eventers anymore, outside of Brock Lesnar. It’s been that way for years. Guys will get a few months at the top but they’ll be in the US/IC title mix (if that) just as often. Wyatt, Balor, Reigns, Cena (the last year or two that he was really there), Rollins, Ambrose, Jinder, Bryan, Owens, Braun, and so on. The tiers don’t exist like they used to (and should). Nobody full time on the male roster is really a main event level wrestler the way that Batista, Cena, HHH, HBK and co were in 2005. Jack Swagger was a world champion too. WWE didn’t shut down when he left. If Ambrose goes elsewhere, he’ll get to prove how good he is outside of WWE. But he’s not much of a loss to WWE at this point. Nobody is, except Rousey, Becky and Charlotte. I don’t think Ambrose is on that low of a level of a guy like Swagger. Dean is a guy who’s main evented multiple ppv’s, held multiple championships, and has been involved in some major storylines in the past few years. Not to mention at one point a top merch seller. It’s not like some jabroni joe is leaving the company. This is the biggest full-time departure from the company since Punk left. While he’s not the focal point of the show, he’s a constant main eventer. Also to mention, apparently him and Vince have a really good relationship and Vince isn’t going to let him go without a fight. Of course Ambrose is above Swagger, just pointing out that world title runs don’t mean so much anymore. Deano hasn’t main evented PPVs since 2016 without the other Shield guys, has he? I might be forgetting some, but I’ve found his singles career very forgettable since the Lesnar match. Even his WWE title run, the only real memorable parts for me were the cash-in, the terrible appearance on Austin’s show, and James Ellsworth. I just struggle to see him being a difference-maker anywhere now, but I really hope he is and I’ll definitely be following it.
