I was at the Rangers game today. It was ing awesome. Except for the ing refs. But we got the W so that's what counts. We need to win game 4. We have a shot considering we have outplayed Buffalo the last two games.

Like I've said before, the referees seem to hate the Rangers. All year long, they've gotten screwed over with calls that worked in their opponent's advantage, and it's been even more apparent in this series. If they would have lost that game yesterday, I would have been pissed as hell. I'm going to really be upset if we end up losing this series because of badd officiating.

the 'no-goal' call was bull, sure, but the Rangers got lucky a couple of times yesterday. Like a dive here, and a running-the-goalie there. The refs may not have been superb yesterday, but they definitely didn't have it out for the Blueshirts.

Rangers tie it at 2 games a piece, baby!!!
King Henrik was absolutely incredible...clutch goals by Jagr and Shanny, too. It's anyone's series now, boys and girls!

I'm going to the viewing party at the Garden for Friday's game...it's going to be ing CRAZY!! I don't want to hear crap about that "almost goal" from Buffalo at the end of the game, either. We got screwed out of a clear goal on Sunday, and there was no clear evidence that the puck went over the line from today.

Wow it goes from... the Rangers are getting shafted by the officiating and yet when something goes your way it costs the Sabres the game and you say it was the right call... Hmmm sounds liek you are contradicting yourselfs.
Now from a hockey fans point of view not showing any bias, the game tonight was ugly from both view points. The first goal for the Rangers goes off Nuemmenin (SP), lucky goal. Second goal was legit, they got a good bounce and put it in. The Sabres first goal was all hustle by Connolly. Briere "No-goal." That is the real topic here.
If the Rangers were in the same situation you would be bitching that it was a goal. I dont blame you. I saw no evidence that it wasnt a goal based on physics. My grudge with it is we only got the behind the net view. I was hoping they would show the view from the side. There was an instance in the Islanders/Sabres series where Thomas Vanek had a wrap around shot that went under review. They had an angle where it was from the side like near the point or the faceoff dots, that got the corner that he went for a wraparoudn on. This view sealed the deal there and woul dhave sealed the deal in this situation as well.
But to close this rant I would just like to say that no team should put themselves in the situation. They should have played better throughout the game. They havent played one full game all playoffs long. Avery is a punk and gets away with way too much.... Jagr is a beast behind the net..... Lundqvist is amazingly good.....But the GOOSE is coming.... be aware!
BEST OF 3 NOW

Lundqvist is amazingly good.....But the GOOSE is coming.... be aware! BEST OF 3 NOW Like I said, the Rangers have gotten screwed over and out with calls that have gone entirely in Buffalo's favor in this series. I still don't think there's a clear angle to prove the puck was over the line except for behind the net. The goal light never came on and I never saw a CLEAR camera shot that showed the entire puck was over the line. And even if it was, the way I see it is that we got screwed out of what should have been a goal, and so did Buffalo. craphappens, but at least now you guys know what it's like to get screwed out of a goal that you thought should have counted. The Rangers outplayed Buffalo the entire game except for the last 10 minutes of regulation, anyway. Our Penalty Kill and Lundqvist has single-handedly been the reason this is a 2-2 series right now. I also don't know how you can say that Avery gets away with too much. He gets ABUSED by the opponent in every game and the he's used to getting roughed up since that's his style of hockey. But with that being said, I thought tonight was Avery's worst game of the series.
