it’s different for everyone else tho. I can’t possibly be the only person in the world like this the odds are just not there You're not, but you're clearly in the minority, or the stores wouldn't request exclusives to drive foot traffic.

We are a minority though, most people are likely the opposite and browse around the store and pick up other stuff as well which to be honest is a good thing because if you are going soley for figures then 99/100 you will walk away empty handed thanks to the horrible retail distribution of these figures.

Just went to GameStop looking for Duggan and found him. Walking out I saw a McFarlane Fortnite figure that I didn’t think my son had, someone in a dinosaur costume. I pick up the box and look on the back and notice that figure is in the same series as the kabuki costume character and knew he wanted that one. They said the store down the street had it so I went and got that for him. While there I saw Gizmo Duck and since figures were 25% off I grabbed him too. So because an exclusive drew me out of my house and into a store I ended up spending about $30 extra dollars. Just wanted to provide an actual real life example on why stores want exclusives.

Got called crazy in another thread for bringing up that retailers want the chase to drive foot traffic into brick-and-mortar stores, hence the dirth of exclusives being available on their online sites. Glad to see others carrying the same clear heads.

Purchases of convenience or impulse. Retailers invest a ton of money into researching how people shop and lay out their stores accordingly. Much easier to encourage people to purchase items other than what they initially planned to get in a physical building than typing into a search bar on a website.

I get what your saying but that Exclusive is easily obtainable and is the only one in its “series”. On paper the idea is great but the execution of target and Walmart and funko pop chases is ruined because of lack of stock, scalpers and employees who know what they are.

What are the exclusives for 67 and 68? Anyone know yet?? From what I've seen there won't be one for 67. Pat Patterson is the exclusive for series 68. Series 68 also has King Mabel who is the chase figure in that set.

I did the same thing last week at Target they had all their new Pop exclusives I got mostly what I wanted from them then while I was there I picked up a Black and Dunne and 2 of the new TMNT two packs and couple other things I needed like Tide etc after everything I picked up I walked out with over $200 less in my wallet.

This would make a great body for black trunks Duggan I can see so many customs. Back in the day when legends hillbilly jim was on clearance I bought like 4-5 but due to the large body and black tights
