If Mustafa Ali is a store exclusive I’m gonna lose it. I love the idea of exclusives cause it gets more guys in the line plus hunting them can be fun but the distribution of them is just terrible. It feels like the only way to get them sometimes is by buying them very overpriced on eBay

You know what was a great “Store Exclusive”? The Shark. Forget about the figure. The PROCESS was what was awesome. A date and time was announced when it was going to be released. It hit and the people who wanted it got it. Sure it was $5 more than typical elites, but that’s a trade I think many collectors will take to streamline the Exclusive hunt.

Damn, I’m already sick of these store exclusives. If they just came in a package of their own for a limited time I’d be okay with it. But just one per case at just one particular retail store just makes it very difficult. If you’re going to do that just put it up as a RSC or WWE Shop exclusive. I’d rather pay $10 more for shipping than these scalped ass prices on the Bay.

I guess, given Mania (Access) is what? 5 weeks away, they needed to save most reveals until then, which is fair enough. I honestly thought that the Asuka William poured his soul into would have been shown. Asuka is at this show and it was due to release at Mania, so figured it would be ready. I guess the cancelation changed its timeline.

Funny thing with us though, is that once TRU died in the US, the Canadian side of TRU lost its exclusives because the Fan Central line ended up elsewhere in the US. So even when we have the retail chain that a figure is exclusive to, we still don't get them 😂🔫 |

I'm not sure we should be quick to assume there will be reveals Wrestlemania weekend. The reason the WM Axxess Asuka was scrapped was because Mattel wasn't sure if they would be invited to the event this year. They could be there, but I haven't seen anything saying they're scheduled to participate.

I wish that instead of having the character be exclusive to a store, they’d have attire choices be the exclusive. Exactly the same as chase variants. The variant is the exclusive, not the character itself.

They could be there, but I haven't seen anything saying they're scheduled to participate. I am certain that during a recent interview (maybe when Ryder/Hawkings visited then in Cal) they mention that Axxess was going to include Mattel booth, and they hinted at this being an approx time we could see series 2 of UD. And where did you hear that reason for Asuka being cancelled? First I have read it from anyone at any point. |
