Shinsuke Nakamura needs 2 VERY simple things... to be taken seriously and an Asian-American manager. Someone who can speak for Nakamura, while he puts in his 2 cents here and there with the broken English. He’s an amazing heel with his charismatic mannerisms, but his promos are tough and he’s getting lost in the shuffle because of it. MORE MANAGERS AND VALETS! I say pair him with Mr Fuji |

Pairing him with a manager does more harm than good. How do you figure? The only way I figure it works is if they book it perfectly. Let Nakamura be an out of control rock star, trashing hotel rooms, etc, then you could pair him with a slimey smarmy Hollywood kiss ass type manager (see Paul Giamatti from Rock of Ages for reference). Then book him as a super heel. That would work for me. He could have promos where kids are asking for autographs then the manager could come up after and ask for payment. |

Nakamura has to start caring and not just phone everything in first. There isn't a real reason for that, though. He's up there in age and put in his workload in New Japan. Now, he's just putting in his money work for WWE and that's probably what he should be doing.
