I'm going to have to make my first RSC order ever for these -- so good. The Richter and Hogan feel like a huge step back (I also hate pre-Hasbro figure selection)

How is Sensation Queen Sherri with Macho King or Elizabeth with Macho Man not the first female retro? Figure looks good, but in not super excited for it. Actually depending on who else is in that set it may be a miss for me. |

I'm also excited for Wendi - I hope we get Captain Lou with them and the 4th spot goes to someone like George Steel, Paul Orndoff, or John Studd. A future set of Liz in white, tights Macho King, Queen Sherri, Zeus retro set would be cool too. Not sure if they would include 2 women in one set though. |

I have no interest in Richter, but maybe safe to assume they will add another female for her to wrestle? regardless, it is a major disappointment to finally get a female and it not either be Liz or Sherri, or even Chyna.

I expect there’ll be a Sherri figure, I’m hoping it’ll be based on her Queen Sherri run. Her wrestling gear always looked truly awful in real life, but I think her WrestleMania 6 look would work well in figure form, and would fit a mid to late 80s feud with Wendi Richter as well. I’d guess they’d use the same exact body as Richter for a wrestling Sherri figure, so I’d expect it to be in a different series. I’m thinking maybe the next wave is Hogan, Richter, Albany, Fink, but that’s a whole set where none of the figures are wrestling each other so it seems unlikely. |

Love the photos!! Big improvement with the face of Kevin Nash compared to the Diesel figure - seems to be extra definition in his face that makes all the difference.
Also striking seeing these guys compared to the Macho figure - the line seems to be going in the right direction.

I know this will never happen in the Retro line, but I'd love to see Macho King, Elizabeth, Dusty Rhodes, and Sapphire. Even if it doesn't happen, I'd love to see Dusty in the line eventually. And I'd love to see them do Sapphire as an Elite. |

Only flaw I see off the bat is Hogan's head is too big.
These are great -- I hope the quality stays this high for the Mattel Creations figs too

I don't know why I didn't think of this initially, but it occurred to me that the boa might fit on the Hogan. I thought it might be too long, but I think it looks pretty good.  |
