Anyone from the UK had the latest set (Bearer, Vader etc)? If so, was it sent in just the Mattel shipping box - or was the whole thing put inside another box? I'm a bit wary ordering from MC now, since my Ali figure arrived pretty battered in just the shipping box... 🥴 I still haven’t even had a shipping notification! 😠|

They have refunded my money (I’m in uk) I’ve emailed them for an answer but no reply so far

So two weeks ago today since the set went up for sale and still no movement on my order to the UK (though at least they haven't randomly refunded it like with habrofan83 !). I wonder if the delay might be that I ordered multiple sets? Has anyone received an order for more than one set? |

Mine arrived in the UK today. I ordered the day they went on sale with the standard shipping method.
Can’t see any paint issues or imperfections on mine, but Taker is quite undersized compared to his Hasbro.
I think I am going to take the Dremel to Vaders legs, to sort his height issues. Other than that they are a pretty cool set!

I reached out to Mattel creations and it turns out mine has been shipped and should arrive fairly soon, they provided tracking. So those who haven’t had shipping notifications, yours are probably en route to you too.

Seen a few UK-based X/Twitter accounts with pictures of their latest retros arriving.
I’ve not had any shipping notification (did for the Tugboat set) but checked and my card is now showing the payment (wasn’t before) so hoping Saturday or Monday these arrive.

It appears there has been a delay in shipment, but we are working hard to resolve this, and your order should be with you very soon! As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow us more time to deliver your order, as it usually has an estimated shipping timeframe of three to four weeks. Thank you for your patience and understanding! |
