Glad I got a refund for these I cancelled my preorder for their basic line. I wish they responded to emails because I've reached out for status updates and not one reply back. To be honest, other than butterfly joints they dont have anything the aew figures dont have. The pandemic as a crutch to their delayed line can no longer be used. I ordered Penta and Fenix and as much as I want Taya I'm hesitant to give them more money when I haven't received what I first ordered. I know I might up regretting it later on, but I did the same with S7 and the NJPW figures. I ordered Series 1 but feel ridiculous giving them money for a Series 2 when Series 1 hasn't even shipped yet. The way it is, we might not see figures until next summer so then when would Series 2 of NJPW or these Basics hit? 2022? Early 2023?? I know once the virus is under control we might see things pick up faster where everything gets released at once. But I'm just not gambling with that much money. |

I somehow managed to delete my confirmation email from them. I wonder if I tried to cancel my order for the Bros with just my name/email/address they'd refund me? I mean, I can screen shot and edit my bank account I suppose. I'm fine with the AEW version. Don't need to wait and wait for MR/BF.

Boss Fight announced there will be a Lucha update on their Facebook page tomorrow (12-11) at 9:00 pm ET.
I saw the announcement on Instagram. Says they have exciting updates form the factory. It will be nice to see what they have. Looking forward to it.

They responded to me today. Even without my Order # they can indeed cancel my pre-order ... but will charge me 10% as they are "in production" and the pre-ordering determines the production numbers. I'll see what tomorrow's FB message is first.

Production expected to start end of December, maybe early January. Expected to be on the boat before Chinese New Year (February 12). Once they hit the water it takes a month to arrive. Then allow about 2 weeks to pack and ship the preorders.
Fanaticos (basic) wave 2 is Vampiro, Ultimo Dragon, Black Taurus, and Hijo del Perro Aguayo.

At this point I'm more excited for the Fanaticos. I'd love to get higher end figures of Vampiro, Juvi, Dragon, etc, but at this rate it feels like we're looking at 2022 before any of those are going to happen. Hopefully waves start to hit faster once they start building a parts library. But from the bit of the livestream that I listened to, it sounded like the holdups were more internal than anything COVID or factory related.

They're tooling them now, so we're probably looking at some time in the early spring? But that's just a guess on my part. |

Just the tweet from December 13th saying preorders end in 4 weeks which means the figures are about to, or have gone into, production and should be on their way over here before Chinese New Year in February. |
