Here's a tweet with the pictures for anyone wondering:

I’d love to see all the complainers for Boss Fight & S7 produce their own wrestling figs.

Early 2021. LOL these guys and S7 just need to stop. I'm not sticking up for them but these timescales are pretty normal on figures that aren't mass produced like Mattel and hasbro (alot of import toys are like this or even longer)

One recent example is Gamora from Guardians of the Galaxy 2. I believe the figure was up for preorder nearly 2 years ago now and has had multiple delays.

It's nice to see some updates on these figures.
I'm fine with waiting if it means we're going to get a nicer product. The Pentagon samples look great, but the paint on the Fenix sample looks a little sloppy, IMO. The black parts of the mask around the eyes are off a little. I know these are samples, so hopefully the final product will be tighter.

I really haven't had any issues with the timeline from Boss Fight. The COVID delays seem reasonable, and the communication has been good. I put them in a very different category from Super 7, where the communication has been as clear as mud, and the rumor for months has been "licensor approval."

I'm fine with waiting however long it takes to get quality figures. They could always rush order some of the figures and then we'd get quality like the company which cannot be named. So at least it's not that.

Waiting all this time sucks for sure, but I am happy to have these other wrestling figure companies around.

Having the AEW Penta in hand, makes me even more excited for these figures. Jazwarez imo have set the bar high with their version. Will be tough to beat

Just updated via Twitter. The lead designer is saying they hope for a spring release. When asked to narrow it down, the date range is between late February and May.

Still a little wait, it seems. I'm good with waiting longer if it means a better product. Hopefully when the pandemic is under control BFS will be able to really get production rolling and we'll get some amazing Lucha figures.

Should we start a friendly betting pool of which arrives first- these or the Super 7 NJPW Series 1? I know, I know, I doubt we'll even see NJPW Series 1 in 2021. Also, to those upset by all the delays we're in a global pandemic. It's not like they're just farting in toy boxes.

Glad I got a refund for these I cancelled my preorder for their basic line. I wish they responded to emails because I've reached out for status updates and not one reply back. To be honest, other than butterfly joints they dont have anything the aew figures dont have. The pandemic as a crutch to their delayed line can no longer be used.
