Sheesh, I just came here after finding out about the Taya figure. I gotta say, seeing as how I would only be in this line for the women, having them at a smaller scale isn't a dealbreaker for me because it just means they will scale well with the Mattel women who are also too short. I feel bad for the people who came for the men though because that has to be infuriating. How difficult is it to make it in scale with Mattel? They don't own a monopoly on that scale, I don't think, you can make them to match! But, in all honesty, any new women's figures they make I'm here for. I've wanted a Taya figure for ages and the only one we had was wretched. I'm looking forward to Lady Maravilla and any other new women they might put out. Boss fight most likely aren't allowed to make the Lucha Brothers in 7" scale because of Jazwares AEW. Some Figure companies prefer to create their own market rather than piggyback off existing ones. |

These kind of look like dollar store figures imo. Crazy because Ultimo is in a very similar attire I'd like him to be released if Mattel ever had the rights to. Vampiro also looks, but reading off the comments here I'm assuming that since these are smaller we probably won't be able to swap the heads onto Mattel bodies. Otherwise, I'd probably purchase both. Also, I'm assuming that a WCW Vampiro won't be possible correct? Unless, they go for the Vampiro looks from Mexico or elsewhere?

Whenever I get the Konnan, I'm going to see how its head and torso look on Dominik Mysterio's legs for a funky mashup or maybe that one Rey where the blues and reds will almost match the Konnan mask from Boss Fight. |

I will probably be purchasing this whole set just finally have a Boss Fight figure in hand. Hopefully maybe they fixed the scale, but my expectations with this company is low.

So these are on the smaller side of 6 inch scale? Yeah, think Mattel DC Basic 6" figures. I don't get the complaints about the chosen scale. Boss Fight isn't making figures for people to put in a Mattel WWE ring, they are making figures to put in a Boss Fight lucha Libre ring. And if they were to make Elite/Unrivaled style figures, they would cost at least $49.99 which could alienate many buyers. |

For what it's worth I checked the replies on their Instagram page and someone asked about the scale and Masked Republic replied back saying the Juvi figure was the only one that out of scale from series 1 and they heard the criticisms on the scale and that series 2 will be worked on more to adjust the scale. Hopefully they actually do just that.

If they can tweak the scale a little closer to the 7" scale, that would be great. Either way, I'm still all in. I've been looking forward to a Lucha Libre style line since that Lucha line back in the early 2010's. I just want to be able to integrate them with my WWE/AEW collection.

I ordered Ultimo from Big Bad. Still holding off on Vampiro to see how the elite style version will turn out. I have no expectation they'll fix the scale.
