I'm not saying this because I haven't found any, because I have all of them except Liv. I'm saying this because there's been nothing but problems with actually finding them. Rock was a fiasco because of the Walmart error, which in turn they had to send some on the Ghostbusters shipper. And I really don't know about you guys, but all 4 Targets around me have terrible distribution and haven't got anything since E65.
It's just ridiculous in my honest opinion. Just put them in the set, that way you can find them at all stores. I'm probably going to catch heat for this, but I really don't care and hope others voice their concerns about it.

Theyre not going to. Walmart and Target are Mattel's 2 biggest customers now that Toys R Us is gone, and if they want exclusives, Mattel has to give it to them. Its a business.

It sucks! That being said it’s getting us figures that we likely wouldn’t get in the regular line and Hawkins and Ryder have discussed how both Walmart and Target are very happy about the foot traffic these exclusives have brought to the store.

I may not be the biggest fan of the concept but it doesn’t seem like Mattel plans on doing away with it anytime soon so that’s all we can do is check stores and hope we get lucky.

I've found all of them but by putting in work. Which is a pain for a $20 mass produced toy. I wish they would stop also.

I’m fine with them. They’re good for the overall health of the line.

Distribution at Target in my area sucks too. I swear they've been on series 1 Top Talent forever. I'm afraid I'll never see Liv or Sonya. :( I've had more luck with Walmart exclusives.

I'm with you, not a fan of them at all. My area is particularly terrible at getting stock in and I usually have to resort to paying more for them online. I personally don't see how these chase figures have truly helped us collectors out other than boosting scalping with the line.

Thankfully I found Liv and Sonya today. It was getting very stressful copy and pasting the dpci into popfindr every single day, sometimes two or three times a day.

I don't really care one way or the other when it comes to chase figures. As I Hate My Job pointed out, Walmart and Target want these, so they're going to get them.
What I want is distribution to smooth out in general. Not finding a particular figure never crossed my mind before this year. There were literally ZERO figures I had not seen at retail at least once dating all the way back to that first Elite series. But now? I never saw anything from E67, nor have I seen Sherri, Liv, Sonya, or Ricochet, so the list of figures I've not seen at retail is growing rather quickly.
Having to buy E67 Rey from Amazon put me on notice. And now, my area got a ton of cases of E68 in while those few places that got 69 have seem them fly off the shelves. I see almost everyone except for Pat and Mabel everywhere, and I'm waiting for that series to mingle with the Miz and Lashley from 69 which seem to be the least popular here and create a backlog which is going to hinder future waves again.

Get use to it for the time being. Do i want to actively hunt for them? Not really. But if it gets Ohno,Briscoe and Gorilla in my collection then so be it.

I hope they stop or get made available online in greater quantities.
I live in a major metro. I find time to go to Walmart/Target at least 2-3x week. I used popfindr regularly.
I have never seen a Chase figure in the store. I have never seen a Variant figure in the store. Not even Hawkins or KO.
Our stores consistently skip series. One Walmart did not get new WWE figures from Jan 1 to August 8.
Every store is just Summerslam Basics, Battlepack 60 and Top Picks.
The only elite set I saw in stores this year was Elite 68.
I have recently found UE Ronda and the Wreckin Playset.
Going back to last year, we never got Fan Central 2, Survivor Series Elite, or the final NXT set.
How can Target manage to stock Red Rooster/Shark all year but can't get enough Dunne or Morgan to keep in stock for 1-2 weeks rather than 1-2 minutes?

I feel the pain too. I feel stupid sometimes going out hunting and wasting gas so I've just made hunting part of my travels. If it's on the way I'll stop in if not I'm not going. 9 out of 10 times it's a losing effort and have to end up ordering online at a premium. I know the exclusives wont stop but I do wish it would. If you really look at the big picture. Mattel has some blame on all this. From the drought of earlier this year to the distribution issues that have been going on for a good while. But I do put most of the blame on Walmart and Target. Theres too little shelf space dedicated to wrestling toys which is stupid because it is a hot seller, lack of product knowledge just because they arent fans doesnt mean they shouldn't know their product, and heres another thing they dont stock that small shelf space. The bottom line is they dont care. The stuff's in the back why not put it out instead of havent bare pegs or 4 Nakamuras and 4 AJ Styles basics. I get the street date deal it's stupid but I understand it. I know we are just talking about little plastic men that really wont effect the way we live whether we get them or not. But it's a hobby all or most of us enjoy. Its supposed to be fun not frustrating. Well that's all I got sorry if I ran on too long but I'd be lying if I said I wasnt just a little discouraged with how difficult it is to track these exclusives down for some people.

I'm fine with exclusives.
But they got to have different dpi, or skews or wics from the regular line. Because that prevents them from coming in on their own.
Take the walgreens exclusive Dragon shield black ranger. Its exclusive to walgreens, but its linked to the main series line. So unless some are sold or people start buying them, it ain't coming in. And that pisses me off.

And that pisses me off. All wwe figs need to have different dcpi numbers for each set. Look at marvel legends and star wars. New series new numbers. Would help with new product and able to clearance out old stock. Nxt was the worse how can 4 series of figs have the same number over what 2 years and cause of one fig bath time rusev hindered later series to hit shelfs.

Either end this Chase figure crap, or do like toysrus did with the network spotlight series with a whole case of 8 of one person.
People are making a killing on ebay, etc reselling these while the rest of us who can't find them suffer. It is complete are utter dog crap.
Then these Chase figures randomly pop up at ollies, Burlington, etc.

If something is exclusive to Walmart or Target you should have no trouble finding it at that store when it comes out. You should be able to walk in and find it sitting on the shelf. Instead they only get one case at a time instead of loading the shelves with each series like they used to. If they continue doing it that way they should just get cases of the exclusive. Another idea would be to make AJ Styles, Seth Rollins, or Roman Reigns the exclusives since the stores always need them in stock and make Monsoon, Blassie, etc part of the regular set. Kmart & Toys R Us always had no trouble keeping their exclusives in stock.
