Finally saw a number jump on MOTU Origins at my local Walmart. First I've saw in the area in over a month. Of course 24 have been on order all month but only 4 show up. All gone by the time I got there. I asked the lady unloading the cart. She said nope she already checked for another guy. So I hung around for a bit to see what she was unloading. I don't collect Black Series but like everyone I am a huge fan of the Mandalorian and everytime I see him, Bobba Fett or any of ther other Mandalorians they are always at comic shops marked up. This is also the first time I saw GI Classified at any Walmart. She must have just unloaded them. Series 2 with Gung Ho and Cobra Commander.  |

Went to Wal Mart and they had no AEW figs, no tags for them as well they just said "Wrestling Figures". I did tags for the MOTU figs but they weren't on the pegs.

Yeah, my Walmart is showing that the AEW figures are not sold there so that’s disappointing

Yeah just my luck. The four closest Walmarts to me are all not carrying the AEW figures lol. You'd think living in a big city it would be easier to find stuff.

You’ll have to be quick once they get there. A case that showed up in my area was gone almost as quick as it was put on shelves. |

Managed to find an Elite Andrade finally! Was gonna grab one off ringside a little while ago but just missed it sadly. Also grabbed a black series Hondo a couple weeks ago and pre ordered Cad Bane from Dorkside. Hope everything works out there.

For the ones who have seen the AEW figures or who have purchased them, how do you feel about them??
I have read so many mixed reviews on them. Things like Kenny Omega can't stand on his own cause of weak ankles, that they are all too white and pasty looking, that they look like dollar store style wrestling figures.
I am on the fence about buying them to be honest.

Those issues are pretty accurate though I don't think I'd say they feel like dollar store figures at all. The articulation is awesome, the accessories are top notch. Skin tones will be fixed going forward but if they weren't side by side with Mattel I don't think it'd even be that big of a deal. I mean I'm about as big of an aew mark as it gets so actually owning those guys factors in, but I don't regret my purchase at all.
