I didn't mind some of the bumps, but that was f*cking garbage. That isn't wrestling. AEW just REALLY dropped the ball as far as I'm concerned. This is the poop I hate about WWE.

Doubtful that khan will ever speak of a real sports like presentation ever again. Fun at times but very silly match, my nine year old was laughing his ass off.9 year olds don't pay for PPVs though. I don't know what audience are they targeting?

It’s a good thing the next ppv isn’t until 4 months from now. I’m gonna need some time before I’m willing to shell out money for an AEW ppv

If you’re talking about the main event I read Jericho say it was one of the best things he did in his 30 year career. The match wasn’t live. It was taped overnight. I thought it was fun. Though Matt going in and out of his characters was silly. Overall I thought it was a great show.

This was a bad show, I just hope people are willing to admit it as a whole. Criticism is good and a group like AEW needs to hear both the good and bad. They have had very few huge misses like this show.

Man y'all gotta chill with the negativity. I fricken loved that. Go ahead and block me, o have a hard time seeing blood and guts topping that bloody masterpiece. Start to finish that might be my favorite ppv of all time. Literally something for everyone. A classic old school match by two guys in their early 20s. A cinematic masterpiece that the MITB match should have been. Some hardcore action and a sweet ladder match. Comedy spots with OC and spears, it had everything.
After losing shad and hana this week, that was a great feel good evening of wrestling.
I guess I'm the target market. I love all wrestling. I had old NWA tapes I loved when I was 9 years old so don't @ me saying I can't appreciate "real" wrestling.
That was so much fun. Money very well spent.

Wow, I’m surprised with the negativity toward Stadium Stampede. Did you guys also not like the Street Fight from a few weeks ago?
I had a blast watching the match! Right from the start with the football entrances I was laughing. The rest of the show aside, which was hit and miss for me, this match was extremely entertaining. It was exactly what I was expecting, and I’m not sure what else one would have expected. My girlfriend really enjoyed it too, and she didn’t particularly care for the Boneyard or Firefly Fun House matches. Our two friends who came over to watch also enjoyed it very much. I’m very pleased. Unfortunate that not everyone enjoyed, but I guess that will always be the case with everything. I had fun and that’s all that matters to me.

I’m fine with that match if it were on BTE.
Maybe even on Dynamite.
That was not a main event PPV match.

Finally catching up with the show, here are my thoughts on what I've seen so far:
- That ladder match was honestly one of the worst ladder matches I've seen in my life and perfectly captures everything that AEW needs to improve on. The waiting to catch wrestlers problem has somehow gotten even worse with all of them literally checking in with each other and putting their arms out while the spot sets up. The comedy was always misplaced and ruined the stakes of the match. I used to love Orange Cassidy but this match killed all remaining interest I had in him. And as we all expected the mystery entrant ended up winning the match and was completely underwhelming.
- Darby Allin is still one of the best parts of AEW, but the dude isn't going to be able to walk next year if he keeps doing 400% every single match. The dude has Mick Foley syndrome where we all as audience members now feel bad whenever he takes deathly spots instead of awed.
- I've been super unimpressed with Lance Archer but this match made me believe in him. I just have no idea what AEW could do with him.
- MJF vs Jungle Boy was easily MOTN, and they didn't need 500 death spots to do it. MJF has finally won me over and they need to pull the trigger on him vs Moxley soon.
- There is not a single thing I enjoy about Shawn Spears. I'm relieved that Dustin beat him.
- Moxley vs Brodie was pretty much as expected. A solid bout. I'd love to see these two have a few more bouts but it seems that they are already setting up that cage guy.
- All I have left is the stadium match. I expect huge spots, sloppy pacing, and a swerve ending. Let's see how close i get.

Randy you didn’t like the show? Why? Cody/Archer was disappointing Statlander/Ford should have been pre-show Spears/Dustin shouldn’t have been on the card The stampede match was the kind of thing I hated about Hardy’s TNA stuff, the Fiend trash, and the current WWE pre-taped content. Pre-taped silliness isn’t what I want in the main event of a big time ppv. The highlights will be cool, but that was an embarrassing turn out for AEW.

Ladder match was good even though there was a lot of laying out. I liked the finish even though it was a little sloppy, but maybe that's just cause I'm a Taz mark. MJF and Jungle Boy had a great match, Cody and Archer was good but the Stinger splash got my hopes up for seeing Sting. Was surprised to see Jake play the chickens**t heel for Tyson, but then again didn't really need to see a 60 year Jake take a bump anyway. Shida winning the belt was a high spot, felt better about her winning than Cody. Mox and Lee was really good. Brodie Lee passing out was a good finish but I wouldn't have minded them both being passed out after the DDT through the ramp. The Stadium match was entertaining. Not a big fan of the Young Bucks or Omega so I took that match as just a little something extra for an already above average card. The Hardy stuff was hokey but fun, and I have a really hard time not enjoying everything Jericho and Guevara do.

It's a tough year for everyone and I wish you had gotten what you wanted from this event, but personally I'm sleeping happy after having a grand old time. Was a tough week for wrestling with Shad and hana, what the wrestling community really needs right now is just more positivity and respect for each other's opinions like this.

Loved how the Inner Circle all had on matching uniforms. That 5 pack would be a day 1 preorder for me.

I love that when they revealed the numbers they didn't explain Santana and Ortiz, and left it as a fun Easter egg to find that their numbers combined to makes 5150 😂

I will watch the last 3 matches again at some point, was disappointed in the rest of the show, ladder match and Cody vs Archer just didn't meet my expectations. The two world title matches were hard hitting fun matches and the main event was what it was, some enjoyable stuff in there, it's just weird for me to get used to that type of match/presentation.
Show overall for me was a 5 or 6/10.

Can someone explain why Tully on Spears’ underwear was funny?
