Still undecided on these and the Powers of Pain, guess it'll depend on how they look painted as at the moment they look a bit too 3d printed. I wish they got them sculpted by hand as I think, hand sculpted figures look a lot better. I think for speed, they're 3D printed to get a feel of what the figures will look like "in hand" based on the art/renders
for a prototype, it's a perfectly fine use of 3D printing rather than a resin sculpt, especially when you consider the artistic skill required for crafting a resin sculpt (which invariably isn't cheap to do) so anyone can knock out a 3D mock-up/prototype, look at it and think "Yeah... that's not gonna work, we need to do ______ to make it look better" and then just chuck that 3D model into the bin and blast out another once they've made amendments
it's a good way to make the design and approval stages completed quicker than waiting for the artists to work their magic and post you their latest sculpt

somewhat of a disappointing start to the week for me....
received my parcel of blue Haystacks, YAY!!!
didn't receive my parcel (not yet been sent it seems) of Big Daddy.... which is somewhat disappointing given I already have the brown Stacks! #sadtimes
I appreciate that WT are trying their best, but I'm confused why they didn't send both Stacks and Daddy together as a single parcel? (at this stage, I'm not fussed that I originally paid for "separate" shipping, I just want the figs LOL)
that said.... blue Haystacks looks awesome, so cheers WT! now just waiting on Al Snow and Daddy, and Series 2 and I'll be ready for the next batch of pre-orders

I guess I'm just confused by the process - Daddy was (chronologically) the earlier order, but I get Stacks first, so it's weird that they're sending the "later" order first, and in a separate package which is just more faff for them, it would have made more sense to say "Look, we know it's taken a while but are you ok with a single parcel with all figures in one box?"
hey hum... will just wait for the next few boxes to arrive

I was just about to mention this. I’ll post the links below. There was no way of knowing this would happen but it should serve as a lesson learned as far as why it isn’t always the best practice to knowingly allow delays when trying to restore confidence in your company. So... I just got a Royal Mail notification for later today, for a Wrestling Trader item... But I've not got anything ordered 🤷
I refunded my other figures.

ETA, obviously an error as the postman has just been and delivered nothing of the sort. Come to think of it, I'm sure I've had a delivery notification from Wrestling Trader before and again nothing turned up. No idea why I'm getting them, tbh.
ETA... I just checked the notification and the delivery is set for tomorrow... I tracked the code and it says my parcel is in Bristol 😄
Literally not got anything on order at all...
The plot thickens...

Yeesh. I know this isn't their fault but as others said the cutting corners by not outsourcing the shipping to someone else isn't great. They've had my order in stock for well over a month now. I want to support these companies but the reasons and excuses are tiring.
