Possibly angling for Blood and Guts? That'd be my guess.
Overall, the episode wasn't great, IMO, but the ending made the night.
The Mimosa match is something I will skip; I'm over that feud. The up/down booking of Brandi continues, as well, wasting further TV time.

Well. I skimmed down to the bottom of the page here and have no idea what happened tonight. I'm doing my own Canadian review. The 10pm Hart Foundation report.
Time for Dynamite. FTR and Private Party lighting the wick.
I don't mind neither team getting an intro. Get right down to business.

I think FTR is pretty good on the mic honestly, but Tully is top notch.

Arn getting beat up made me sad.

Largely an old school match. More holds and hard hitting than high flying. With Tully in their corner here FTR had to get the win. I was hoping he'd get involved to establish him better, and he did. That was a damn good opener.

A few weeks ago MJF told that girl in his campaign to smile more and she's had a Joker grin on her face this whole segment. Haha. Small examples of continuity go a long way.

Looked like Pentagon totally sandbagged Luchasaurus on that chokeslam. I don't mind the finish. Heel teams shouldn't necessarily get along because they're all "bad." A double cross or back stab should be expected.
Eddie Kingston is back. Damn. He really is an AMAZING promo. I don't know how I feel about another stable though.
Didn't like the Britt Baker segment. That surprises me. She usually gets a laugh out of me.

Seems like another tag team appreciation night, very tag heavy night again, at least the tag action is usually fun though so it's all good. I hope Lee beats Cody and Darby and Cage restart their feud. I'm a happy man, enjoyed the Lesnar vs Cena like squash in the main, Brodie needed that badly. |
