Having seen the figure again for the first time in a long time, it is a very nice figure and a shame it’s probably never going to be released

So offer Hector Guerrero a Legends contract. He was trying to sue them less than a year ago Ultimate Warrior and Sable sued them too. Vince McMahon fired Jeff Jarrett live on the air. Jeff Jarrett works for them now.

So offer Hector Guerrero a Legends contract. Why would they offer him a contract and pay him money for little return on that investment. I'm not sure his merch would be flying off the shelves. That's probably why WWE aren't going out of their way to get older guys under deals. They are looking to cut costs right now. Why not?

Unlike signing the Ultimate Warrior what money could they make out of it? His claim to fame in the wwe is popping out of an egg in a stupid turkey suit. That’s not giving them a return on investing in a Legends/merchandise contract.

Ultimate Warrior sells. Hector Guerrero probably wouldn't be the best money maker for merch

Besides a Gooker fig, what would WWE benefit from signing Hector to a deal? And let’s be honest, even if he was signed, there’s no guarantee that Mattel would even make him. From top to bottom he would require new tooling. Would they really wanna invest that much money in a niche fig that they would have to make a Collector’s Edition or short pack in a Survivor Series set?

Is the gobbeldy gooker name owned by wwe? Is the gobbledy gooker costume owned by wwe?
It’s basically like a mascot so I don’t understand what right Guerrero has to it unless he owns rights to either of those things

Probably got settled or at the very least resulted in a bunch of legal fees so going forward they decided not to make any masked character without the guy under contract.

Survivor Series 1990 is my favorite ppv from my childhood. I rented that vhs from my video store so many times. I would buy a Gooker in a second. I want him on my shelf doing the do-si-do with Mean Gene.

And is there no copyright for the gooker costume? Who do you think had the suit made? Who actually owns it? (Wwe or Guerrero)

We got Shockmaster as a higher priced comic con exclusive. We certainly didn’t get it as a mass retail release. They release the Gobbledy Gooker and it’ll rot on the pegs worse than the stupid Rose vs Bunny Battle Pack.

Omg the horror of gooker endcaps looking like e26 warrior That was a horrible looking figure. Actually both of the singlet Warriors looked awful. But at least they didn’t end up at discount stores around here like the Bunny BP.
