Voting closed. (thanks to dcw1 for all his effort.) We open tonight with video clips showing last week on Destruction where the tag team of Joe and Undertaker found success and look to do the same tonight. We also get footage of the beginning of the draft this past Monday night and the current state of the WWX. We see Lance Cade beating the hell out of Alex Shelley in his own locker room, Kane and Mysterio tossing Shelley around backstage, and Shelley finally giving in to Cade....in Hell in a Cell! Cade said see you in hell next week, but Shelley was not going to wait after being beat down by both the champion and his cronies. This does not last long, however, as Cade starts to gain the upper hand in this impromptu street fight, surprisingly without the aid of any of his allies. Sabin hits the ring quick to help out his tag team partner, and best friend, but Cade quickly eliminates him with a powerbomb from the ring hard on the unforgiving floor outside. Shelley drops any sort of fight and immediately goes to check on Sabin, last week's Destruction ended with Shelley looking up as Cade raised the Universal Title above his head in the ring.Riccaboni: "Welcome everyone to a flipped upside down Destruction. Our fearless leader was plucked from obscurity and now runs his own show, meanwhile we're still stuck with Ted DiBiase, Jr. running our show. The camera then zooms out to show the cage suspended above the ring. Regardless of all of that, the North American Championship is on the line for the first time ever inside the Hell in a Cell tonight, and either man winning could bring the title to a new home. As with anything else worth discussing, only time will tell." The Undertaker and Paul Bearer make their way down to the ring. Borash: "You know, on the official Twitter page of the deadman this past Monday there were some odd Tweets. One shows him winning the Grand Championship and another shows him tombstoning the GM Ted DiBiase, Jr., well make of those what you will, but I wonder what they could possibly want right now." Bearer: "My Undertaker is tired of waiting. He wants an answer right now or he will make one himself. How much longer are you really going to pass up his contract? The Undertaker's reign has no end in sight and he takes on multiple challengers at the same time consistently. I know what you're all feeling right now. My Undertaker is not feeling anything, no nerves, because he knows you all want his contract and it is only a matter of time before one of you makes an offer. There is no risk here because he is the deadman and a current champion. Up next, he has a match with the man that I am giving the next shot at his title, no matter what. Last week, he scored a tag team win over that man, and he will do the same tonight. The crowd is starkly silent during Bearer's speech. You will never forget the moment that you let The Undertaker slip through your fingers. You will never forget when The Undertaker leaves Opportune Time still the champion. My Undertaker has decided to give you all a chance to make an offer right now. Bearer pauses to see if anyone is coming out. None of you? Then, after Undertaker destroys Chris Sabin in the middle of that ring he will make his own choice. If he does that, I will control him, the General Manager will have absolutely no influence over this power. The crowd lets out a hushed cheer. Last night on Twitter all 4 of you had a lot to say about each other, but nothing about the talent flopping about under your thumbs. No GM comes out and Bearer looks to continue prodding them. Even the other one was not chosen." No GMs, but the cell structure lowers encasing them and the ring. Enter GM DiBiase and his first choice the nWo, but only to the top of the ramp. DiBiase: "I don't mean to be insulting, clearly we are talking about legends in this business. I only had 5 choices this past Monday, and I had other strategies in mind. And, let's be honest here, can I tell The Undertaker what to do? If you think I'm buying that you have the wrong GM. Are you sure you're ready to find out who the 21st selection is because that person's contract was snatched up by Tony Schiavone early this morning." Bearer: "If it isn't my Undertaker, then you are wasting our time." DiBiase finds that amusing. DiBiase: "Have it your way. I was open to negotiations, but maybe I'll just let you follow through on your threats. Or maybe I add a little stipulation to your match tonight. If The Undertaker gets the win for his team, immediately following that I will announce the next pick, but if he doesn't, then you might have to wait until Monday to hear any update at all on where he'll end up." DiBiase signals the nWo and they.... hand him an nWo shirt?
We see video footage of The Undertaker's partner for the past couple of weeks, Samoa Joe, reacting to what just happened as a replay. He's throwing things around backstage, when he is stopped in his tracks by former World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk. Joe clips him right in the throat and makes his way out to the ring because his match is next. So Undertaker and Joe are already in the ring awaiting their opponents for this evening.
During Joe's entrance we got a promo, recorded earlier, from him. Joe: "I don't understand why I'm once again teaming with The Undertaker. I'm going to start making bigger and bigger statements around here until I finally get taken seriously. I could snap Undertaker's back if I wanted to. On top of that, I'm not signed to a brand any more? Doesn't matter. I'm about causing pain." We cut from that to the back with Michael Cole set to interview Chris Sabin and his partner for this evening's match, Psicosis. Cole: "Sabin, last week you weren't able to get the job done, why come back again this week and challenge for another tag team match?" Psicosis: "I'll field that one. Sabin wasn't beaten last week. His partner was and it made him look bad. I won't be doing the same tonight." Sabin: "I wasn't going to mention it, but yeah, I can and will beat The Undertaker one on one, so there's no reason why we can't win a simple tag team match, when it's my specialty." Psicosis: "How do you mean?" Sabin: "Me and Alex Shelley were on top of the tag team world for awhile. Just because we haven't won titles in this company yet does not mean it won't be happening. Let's prove it." Sabin and Psicosis enter now for their match. Ted DiBiase, Jr. also enters to take a position on commentary. The Undertaker/Samoa Joe vs. Chris Sabin/PsicosisThe bell dings. Psicosis kicks things off with a surpising senton to The Undertaker, followed by a quick elbow drop. Psicosis irish whips him in to the corner and Tag in to Sabin. DiBiase Jr.: "I blame Saxton for ending the draft. This free agency thing has thrown absolutely the entire company in to completely chaos, outside of everyone that was chosen on Monday. We have been talking and we might be deciding some key questions at Opportune Time." Sabin is still look seriously impressive against The Undertaker as he connects with a series of rapid kicks to the back of both legs. Undertaker prevents a suplex and kicks Sabin's leg out from under him. Undertaker with the Tag in to Joe. Joe comes in with a more menacing look on his face then usual and starts off by clipping Sabin with an uppercut that looked like it got more throat than anything. He follows that up with a couple of jabs and a right hook that sends Sabin to the outside. Joe steps over the top rope and follows him out to the floor, Joe delivers a hard scoop slam right on the outside and starts stomping away at Sabin who his still holding his back from the impact. Joe picks up him and drives him over and over again back first in to the announce table. Joe easily manhandles Sabin above his head and drapes him over the edge of the announce table. Joe rolls him back in the ring, whips him into a corner, and starts wailing on him until he falls to the mat. Joe with an explosive overhead belly to belly suplex out of the corner. Joe starts smashing Sabin's face into the mat. Joe looks for a standing elbow drop, but Sabin rolls out of the way. Joe makes sure to Tag Undertaker immediately who goes over and boots Psicosis off the apron before Sabin can crawl over to him. Undertaker delivers a suplex to Sabin. Undertaker goes for a death valley driver, but Sabin reverses it into a reverse DDT. Sabin Tags in Psicosis who goes right to the top turnbuckle. Psicosis off the top rope with a seated senton into the first cover of the match only gets a 1 count on the deadman. Undertaker tries to keep them grounded as he throws lefts and rights at Psicosis. Psicosis pushes him down and gets to his feet. He picks Undertaker up and irish whips him off the ropes and hits dropkick on him as he comes back. Joe comes in the ring, ducks a wild throw from Psicosis, and drops him with a German suplex. Then he drags Undertaker over to his corner. Joe Tags himself in and takes Sabin off the apron with a running clothesline. Joe charges Psicosis, but Psicosis pulls the top rope down and uses Joe's momentum to send him tumbling into the barricade. Psicosis takes a breather. DiBiase: "Psicosis is not really making a good case for himself with the GMs, we want go getters like Joe. Even if it does get them into more trouble than it's worth sometimes." Psicosis slides out and rolls Joe back in to the ring. DiBiase moves to put down Psicosis, but Psicosis turns, almost throws a punch, and DiBiase flinches before taking his seat back at the announce table. Psicosis goes back in the ring, but Joe was waiting for him and hits another throat punch before turning him into the Coquina Clutch for the submission! Here are your winners via submission: The Undertaker and Samoa Joe DiBiase: "Wow, truly impressive job gentlemen. But, Undertaker did not get the win like I asked, so it seems all of the picks will have to wait to be revealed until Monday. Remember, next week is still a full week of crossbranded action, so two Mondays from now is when the rosters go in to full effect, but that means that Opportune Time will happen in the intervening days. Make sure you are paying attention to who has which championship and, of course, 'Taker, try to hang on to your own in the mean time."

Nice tag match, Joe was the MVP of the match as Taker seemed out of sorts needing Joe to pick up the pieces. Will be interesting to see what happens with team.

Voting Closed. (thanks to dcw1.) We start off with a brand new Destruction theme to honor the new roster. Enter the General Manager Ted DiBiase, Jr. and his father Ted, Sr. The crowd is fiercely against the DiBiases, calling them every name you can expect. Jr.: "Yes, like that's anything we have not heard before. We have also deserved to be called those things many times. But, I deliver on fantastic programming week after week and you can't say otherwise with any proof whatsoever. I want to thank all of those who have helped me keep at least my position on this brand, including Ric Flair." The crowd roars at the mention of Flair. Sr.: "It's an insult to your old man that you haven't signed me, son. The crowd loves the first sign of there being cracks between the two. Senior grins. I am also going to thank Flair, though. He has been more of a father to my son than I have been as of late and he should just stay that way because the way my son has been treating me he can go to hell!" Senior does his patented laugh and the crowd seems to be moving to his side. Enter Ric Flair with the rest of the Council in toe.Flair: "Why are you even here? You have not supported your son in years and you certainly have not done anything for The Council, the group that has been backing your son. Senior starts to respond, but Flair tells him to shut up. Where is the man who said everyone has a price? Thanking me for being a father figure? No, what I am doing his business. Your son has value and power in this company, of which you have none. In the ring now, Senior moves to strike Flair, but Junior and Brock Lesnar get in his face. Back off guys. I'll slap him back to wherever it is he came from myself if I have to. Fridays have become The Council's show and if you aren't with us, then you might as well leave this ring and not show your face here again." Sr.: "So this is what's become of the real World's Champion? For a while now it seems all you've done is hide behind groups and stables." Flair: "Well, thank you for stopping by. You can go now. You're becoming a problem. Go home and watch us rule the wrestling world on television. You're not going to directly go against your own son. You know it, I know it, the American people know it." Flair and The Council leave and the crowd chants more obscenities at them. Jr.: "It seems we have business to discuss. Let's get to it, then. There is brand warfare going on right now and it seems there is trouble within my own home. I am handling my business with the other general managers, but what do you propose we do about our differences, father?" Sr.: "One day we might be able to settle this with a match, but until then, I'm afraid tonight has shown me all I need to know. I am going to be working closely with Bischoff in direct competition with you. His price was, of course, better than yours. I'll spend some time down there and, when the time is right, return and settle our differences like adults. Is there anything you'd like me to pass on when I get there?" Before he can answer Bischoff appears on the TitanTron live via satellite. Bischoff: "Incredible, simply incredible. You know I have no problems with my son. In fact, why don't I team your father up with my son? Wouldn't you agree, Senior? Senior says the price is right and Junior just heads to the back. What does this Destruction crowd think of Eric Bischoff now?!" The crowd gives a small pop.
Enter Shark Boy with Kevin Thorn behind him. AJ Styles is in the back. Styles: "This brand needs to see what it's missing out on. I'm here. I might as well compete. John Cena vs Shark Boy does not need to happen, at least not when I'm in the building. Now, me vs Cena that match could probably happen a hundred times and nobody would get sick of it." John Cena is out to the ring first. He does his thing playing off the crowd. Cena: "Some of you boo me, some of you cheer me, but you all agree that I provide good, clean entertainment. Which can't be said for the rest of these slobs in the back." Shark Boy: "What the shell are you talking about? I keep my tank nice and shiny like everybody else. Let's get this match going." Riccaboni: "Shark Boy is supposed to wrestle this match, but it can't start until we get word from the general manager because AJ Styles is trying to make the case that he should be the one facing Cena tonight right now in his office. Okay here he comes, probably to give us the decision. Styles tackles Cena from behind, picks him up, hits a few lefts and rights to bring him into the corner, and starts chopping away. Well, no entrance music, no microphone, no nothing from Styles, but it seems we have our answer. Shark Boy can do nothing more than slump to the back as apparently nobody wants to see him take on John Cena one-on-one. Either way, the bell has officially rung and our new impromptu opening contest is underway with Cena have zero time to prepare." AJ Styles vs. John CenaCena reverses an irish whip attempt and sends Styles barreling into the opposing corner. Styles bounces off, Cena tries a running elbow, but Styles ducks it. The two are trading elbow shots now. The fans want something to do with the Bullet Club. Cena back bodydrops him and hits an elbow drop. Here comes Shark Boy running back up and on to the apron. Cena gives him the 'You Can't See Me'. Shark Boy flips him off. Cena shakes his head and puts Styles back on the mat with a short arm clothesline. The referee is still dealing with Shark Boy on the apron, meanwhile Kevin Thorn has hit the ring, he picks Cena up with a choke and slams him down to the mat with a spinebuster. Thorn pulls Styles into the pin and slides out of the ring just as the referee has finally finished his ordeal with Shark Boy.Here is your winner as a result of a pinfall: AJ Styles Graves: "That's either a really clever move by Shark Boy or a very transparent one. Shark Boy wants to be the fourth man in history to challenge Tomko for the X-Division Title and John Cena is one of the men standing in his way of doing that, but come on. There was so much interference in this match how can you say it makes Cena look bad?"

No votes. Simulation incoming. (thank you dcw1.) Tonight's show opens with a video package highlighting the upcoming challenge by Destruction to Bobby Lashley's NWA Championship by showing us when Ted DiBiase, Jr. handpicked Brodus Clay to be the one to challenge Lashley next. We also get footage highlighting the Destruction Money in the Bank Ladder Match, which will have qualifying matches next week on this program. Then, we move right along to the opening theme and video, the theme, of course, being Let the Bodies Hit the Floor.Borash: "Welcome everyone to Friday Night Destruction and we have a great show for you tonight just two weeks away from Opportune Time. Tonight, former World Champion CM Punk meets World Title hopeful Brother Devon in a street fight to open the show, Kevin Nash gets his return match for the tv title, and the nWo defend the tag team titles in the main event. All of that and more still to come tonight." From there we cut to the back with Scott Hall lacing up his boots. Cena is still absolutely furious over his loss against Styles last week and is throwing things around right near Hall. Cena finally approaches Hall after wrecking the room.
Cena: "You know the fans have always wanted to see me join the nWo." Hall grins. Hall: "You're not making sense. You think you join the nWo by trashing my locker room and just walking up to me? You need to find the right groove is you want to be apart of the New World Order." Cena: "No. I wasn't offering and I'm definitely not going to beg. You want me more as an ally than an enemy." Hall: "I think you know you weren't booked tonight and are just looking for attention." The lights go out and come back on. Cena's knocked out on the ground with nWo spray painted on his back. Riccaboni: "Cena should probably be looking to take out his aggression elsewhere, which should be abundantly clear now." Enter Brother Devon. Devon: "As you all know, I grew up in a religious household. But if you think I can't get the job done in a street fight, then you don't know Dudley. Tonight, I am going to break CM Punk and I am not going to stop there." Street Fight: CM Punk vs. Brother Devon CM Punk ran out of the crowd, jumped on Devon, and started hammering away at him before any bell was rung. CM Punk keeps the upperhand and is punching away for a solid minute of this match on Devon in the corner. Devon pulls him into the turnbuckle and ties his leg around the bottom rope. Punk ties Devon up in the ropes as well and resumes punching him in the face. Punk headbutts Devon, which forces him to let go so that Punk can slide outside the ring and grab a baseball bat. Punk connects with it and just beats Devon over and over, wallop after wallop. Until Punk takes another swing wildly and Devon catches the bat. Now it's Devon's turn to beat Punk down with the bat. Devon lets Punk back to his feet, Punk swings wildly, but Devon ducks and wraps the bat around Punk, choking him out. Punk slowly fades to the mat. The referee checks his arm and calls for the bell. Here is your winner by knockout: Brother Devon After being announced as the winner, Devon won't let Punk go. Officials pour out of the back and try to pull him off. Devon beats DiBiase with the bat and chases everyone else out of the ring, so now it's just Devon in the unconscious Punk in the ring. Devon makes the officials flinch by swinging the bat once more, but then just drops it and walks to the back.

Voting has closed. (thank you to dcw1.) Borash: "Hello everyone and welcome to the final edition of Friday Night Destruction before Opportune Time comes to you live this Sunday and it looks like we are kicking things off with former 2-Time World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk." Punk: "Tonight I am getting my rightfully deserved rematch like I always do and, just as I did last time, I am going to win my title back and make it over this speed bump. Even if I somehow don't, my record as the longest reigning champion will never be broken." Just then Brother Devon comes out, but Punk runs away through the crowd. Devon makes his way down to the ring, but that's interrupted by the music of the World Heavyweight Champion Mr. Perfect. Perfect: "This is supposed to be a feud. We don't need any outsiders." Perfect is in the ring now and he chops Devon, which sets him up to deliver the PerfectPlex. Riccaboni: "He is just beating the hell out of Devon in there. Devon is, of course, the odds on favorite to be the next man to challenge for the World Title once Punk and Perfect finish their feud, but Perfect is going too far to try to make himself look good." Mahoney pops up on the TitanTron talking to himself now. Mahoney: "Me and Perfect together. Finally a way in to the World Title picture. Perfect thinks we need someone to save us from Punk, but I think we all need a bit of an extreme twist on the title picture. Obviously I can't say my real intentions for doing whatever the General Manager wants out here in the open by myself, but it makes sense to say your thoughts out loud sometimes. Everything about this title picture is not what the fans want." Tom Phillips walks up to him. Phillips: "So, Mahoney you seem to be DiBiase, and, presumably, The Council's next choice to step up to the Main Event, what do you think of your future here on Destruction?" Mahoney: "Why don't you and everyone else tell me? I already know what's about to happen, so you all are the ones left wondering. All I can tell you is, keep your eyes on my career because it's finally going exactly where you all thought it should." Borash: "Balls Mahoney has either lost it or finally found it. Either way we have a ladder match field to fill out, so let's get that done before we go back to the World Heavyweight Title picture." Money in the Bank Qualification Match Alex Shelley vs. The Sandman (Managers: Kevin Thorn/Joey Styles) The bell dings. Bret Hart makes his way down to ringside. The Sandman starts off with some heavy right hands to Shelley which knock him back against the ropes. Shelley bounces off the ropes and hits a missile dropkick. Sandman is back up and punching away at Shelley again, but Shelley grabs the arm and pulls him into the Backpack Stunner! Riccaboni: "Borash what are you not paying attention?! Did you just see that?? Shelley into the cover. 1...2...3! This one's over! What an incredible upset! In less than a minute's time, Shelley has pinned a former World Championship contender and sent himself to the Money in the Bank ladder match. Nothing you say can change my mind, anybody, Shelley 100% stole one here this evening." Here is your winner via pinfall: Alex Shelley

Poor Maven. What a ridiculously unfair match for the Million Dollar Maven (oops wrong fed). Big Show WITH Hall? Poor guy is doomed.
Nash vs Cena...don't know how to call that.

Hey, Maven once eliminated The Undertaker. Give him a chance.
Also, who is using "Million Dollar Maven" I kind of like the sound of that.

Voting has closed. (thank you dcw1.) Borash: "Welcome back to another edition of Friday Night Destruction and it looks like we are once again kicking things off with CM Punk, I mean he might as well just call this show. Obviously still upset even though this past week he defeated Mr. Perfect twice to become a now 3-Time World Heavyweight Champion. What more could he possibly want?" Punk is pacing back and forth in the ring when Devon's music hits. Devon: "Punk I already know what you're going to say. What's happening tonight is happening as a direct result of that beat down I got last week. I'm not taking the chance that you're going to put me on the shelf before I get my rightfully deserved shot at that belt. Win, lose, or draw tonight I am getting my fair chance to become the World Champion." Having said apparently all he needed to say Devon heads to the back. CM Punk goes to respond, but his mic's been cut. So he heads to the back as that was all the time we had for that segment, I guess.
Out comes Mikey with a microphone. Mikey: "You know the Spirit Squad still feels like we're the laughing stock of the roster, even though it's pretty clear we have carved out a spot for ourselves. Also despite the fact that we have all never been on the same show together, in 12 years. I am a former NexGen Champion, the only reason I'm not anymore is because I decided I'd give one of my good buddies a shot at my title. Well, guess who the new Hardcore Champion is. Oh, yeah, another one of my formerly good buddies, Kenny Dykstra. I'd ask him to be a pal and give me a shot at that belt like I did, but I don't have to. The rules of that belt state that I can have a shot at it any time I want, all I have to do is bring a referee with me. I happen to have one, so get your ass out here, Kenny." Here comes Kenny Dykstra. Dykstra: "It's Kenny Dykstra. I'm only just Kenny when I decide to be now." Mikey: "Whatever you decide to call yourself and when, we are supposed to help each other out. In fact, you should let me win the title!" Kenny shakes his head and raises the belt.WWX Hardcore Championship Hardcore MatchKenny Dykstra (c) vs. MikeyThe bell dings. Mikey drops out of the ring and goes over to the time keeper, he wants the Hardcore belt. Dykstra goes after him and slams his head off the guardrail. Dykstra pulls a ladder out from under the ring, but Mikey dropkicks it into him. Mikey irish whips him into the stairs, then rolls him into the ring. Mikey smacks Dykstra upside the head with the title belt. Mikey grabs the ladder and starts climbing, but Dykstra throws the ladder over and Mikey goes crashing to the outside. Dykstra follows him out and goes to pick him up, but Mikey pulls a chair out from under the ring and smacks him over the head with it. Mikey heads back into the ring and just waits. Dykstra follows him back into the ring with the chair, hits Mikey in the gut with the top, and smacks him across the back with it. No ContestRiccaboni: "That chair shot could be the end of this one folks....okay Dykstra rolling out of the ring now. He has the Hardcore Title belt...and he's escaping through the crowd? This is an official match!" Borash: "Champion's advantage, Ian. Dykstra doesn't have to defeat his challengers. Speaking of which, it looks like he's got a lot more. Here comes the locker room to chase him through the crowd! I don't think Dykstra has any idea what he's gotten himself into."

I liked the Spirit Squad meltdown, thought it was quite entertaining hopefully on the next show they batter the s***e out of each other. Always thought Dykstra had potential.

Voting has closed. (Dcw1 is number one.) General Manager Ted DiBiase, Jr. starts the show off tonight, backstage. DiBiase: "Hello everyone, and welcome to my show. Please welcome my guest at this time, my former #1 Contender to the World Heavyweight Championship, Brother Devon. Devon, how have things been going for you all week since losing your shot at CM Punk?" Devon: "How do you think it's been goin', man? I let my opportunity blow up in my face. Who knows if I can make it back to the top of that ladder again? To make things worse you haven't even announced an opponent for him at the PPV. I can't afford to wait for creative to plot my next move because who knows when that will be? So, I'm announcing right now that I'm joining MNM and we're going after The Diner. This interview is over." Devon walks away, DiBiase looks more angry that Devon just got up and left than anything Devon said.Mr. Money in the Bank, Mr. Kennedy, makes his way out to the ring to a loud ovation. We are taken back to Opportune Time to watch some highlights of Kennedy's big win, where the fans were heavily behind him. Kennedy hits a baseball slide into a ladder into Johnny Nitro, then bodyslams Nitro onto the ladder. Shelley charges at Kennedy, but Kennedy drops him onto a ladder with a drop toe hold. Kennedy is on a ladder going for the briefcase when Shelley leapfrogs over and starts climbing, when he gets to the top he and Kennedy trade blows. Then Nitro sets up another ladder alongside them, when Shelley jumps over to that ladder to start attacking Nitro. Kennedy tips their ladder over and sends them both crashing to the outside. Kennedy has the briefcase, Kennedy is MISTER Money in the Bank!Kennedy: "KENNNNEDDYYYY!" After he introduces himself he attempts to speak further, but starts getting a bit emotional. The crowd gives him a "You deserve it" chant. Kennedy: "Thank you. I will never forget pulling that briefcase down. I had people thrown off ladders and on to me, I jumped off ladders, and I just didn't think I had any business in this match after what happened last time." The crowd boos, then boos harder when Kennedy is interrupted by the Million Dollar Champion Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman. Heyman is yelling and pointing at Kennedy as they make their way down the ramp. Heyman: "Well done. Truly, truly fantastic job. You went through hell, but what did you get? A contract. My client, Brrrock Lessnar, is a former World Champion, he's won the title, which is a much better job. Like he also done when he defeated three other men and became the first ever Million Dollar Champion." He gets cut off by the New World Order. The Big Show and Scott Hall enter through the crowd and they are getting decent support. Hall: (looks around) "Hey yo. I know we're not discussing gold without involving the n..W..o." They are then interrupted by Joey Mercury who introduces the rest of MNM, including newest member Brother Devon, stating that they are now D MNM. Before they can even get a word in edgewise, Kevin Thorn slithers out. Borash: "Thorn is obviously looking for somebody to bite because there is no way all of these men have any business with each other." Everyone is in the ring, Lesnar gives Heyman the Million Dollar Title, and starts unleashing hell on everybody to clear the ring. Until Thorn and Mercury..Riccaboni: "Mercury and Thorn have worked together briefly in the past when their interests aligned, but this is something altogether different." with the aid of Mr. Kennedy, send Lesnar to the outside. Devon was calling for a 3D, but Hall and Big Show pull Lesnar out of there and back through the crowd. D MNM, Thorn, and Kennedy stand tall. Borash: "Very clearly not the last time all of these men are going to interact with each other, but the question here is was this about the Tag Titles, the Million Dollar Title, or Kennedy's briefcase? We never seem to get the full story." Borash: "Tonight, Toby Keith was scheduled to perform, in fact, here he comes now. The stage is fabulously setup for a music festival, but we were just informed of a last minute change, I...oh this can't be. Toby Keith is trying to get the crowd on his side with some chanting, even though he just wants them to chant 'beer, beer, beer', because apparently The Sandman couldn't find the beer that he usually smashed over his head so he stole Keith's beer and now Keith is making his way out here with Sandman's opponent, Brodus Clay. He's coming down a long ramp, let's take a look at the massive crowd gathered for this one, though, folks." Riccaboni: "I hope he is just here for moral support, but it looks like someone didn't get the memo. They've started Keith's light show..." The crowd feels a bit closer to the ring than usual and the air is smoky/hazy as a result of this light show. The Sandman (w/ Joey Styles) vs. Brodus Clay (w/ Ryback & Toby Keith) The referee calls for the bell anyway. Sandman and Clay lock up, we get a wide shot of Clay's polka dot ring attire. Styles with the distraction allows Sandman to take control with a stiff shortarm clothesline. Clay turns it around with a drop toe hold, but Sandman is back to his feet quickly delivering chop after chop in the corner. Sandman throws Clay down to the mat, climbs to the top rope, and delivers a flying clothesline into the cover. 1..kick out. Sandman hits a german suplex into the cover. 1...2.shoulder up. Sandman tries a moonsault off the top rope, but Clay rolls out of the way and drops on him with a splash off the ropes. Borash: "It looks like this one won't last too long ladies and gentlemen, they can barely lock up and are coughing from the smoke filling the area. They're trying to conserve energy. They trade side headlocks now. Now it's an armbar trade off. Sleeper from Sandman, but Clay drops down, rolls Sandman into the turnbuckle, then a sleeper of his own. The crowd loved that reversal, although one has to wonder just how much of this match they can actually see. It looks like Clay has just thrown Sandman overhead in a clutching suplex. Into the cover now, 1...2...3! Clay proving just why he was selected to face Lashley for the NWA Championship, he is victorious despite the conditions in the arena this evening." Here is your winner via pinfall: Brodus Clay
