It's Wednesday. You know what that means. Dynamite is back with another star-studded episode, 4 days before a can't miss PPV event where the BOOM will literally be brought! Until then though, this big show features the AEW debuts of not one, but TWO larger-than-life personalities, a prehistoric 6-man showdown, and the Women's Eliminator Finals!
The day has finally arrived! NBA legend, TNT check casher, pizza delivery guy, and insurance salesman Shaquille O'Neal makes his in-ring debut for All Elite Wrestling on the tip in a mixed tag against future diaper-changer Cody Rhodes. 16 women began with the dream of getting their chance at Hikaru Shida (she's still champ, right?) at this Sunday's Revolution. The tournament spanned two continents, now we are down to two! Ryo Mizunami and Nyla Rose emerged from their respective brackets, ready to overcome one last hurdle in their quest for the AEW Women's World Championship! Hardy has made another Big Money play, using hiscarny politicking skills to adjust a scheduled 10-man tag into a straight 2v2, opposing the Hangman and the Meatman before his match this Sunday!
FTR have done some soul-searching since dropping the Tag Team Titles and, with the help of Tully Blanchard, came to the conclusion they must pull out all the stops in order to regain the gold. On the way however, one team in particular has gotten under their skin: Jurassic Express. Whether it was Jungle Boy's wilding hair, Lucha Dino's horniness, or Marko Stunt in general, the fists have been directed at them for some time. Tonight, Tully dusts off the trunks and joins his No Flips Crew to turn the "Oh's" to "Ow's". Paul Wight will officially make his All Elite debut, the last announced participant is set for the TNT Title #1 contender Ladder Match, and an Inner Circle press conference is scheduled for Chris Jericho and MJF to address last week's heinous attack on Papa Buck.
So much action lies ahead for the Hump Day Crew, and certainly more unannounced appearances from AEW's top stars are to be expected. The revolution starts tonight on DYNAMITE!
