I just got my shipping notice!! Finally can’t wait to get this figure it’s been taking forever! But glad it’s finally on the way. Oh I forgot it is april first so April fools! Lol.

Narrative spinning like RSC has a long and disreputable history of not delivering what customers purchase lmaooooo I’ve been ordering by the wave and heavily since 2004, and ONLY ONCE have I had a problem. Back in 2011 they sent me Legends 5 instead of Legends 6. How did they rectify this? Had me send it back. Apologized, sent me Legends 6, reimbursed shipping, AND gave me a 50 dollar credit for my troubles. Dozens of orders and thousands of dollars later, I’ve never had an issue. So...

RS should refund shipping cost back to everybody who bought this. Why? You are still getting the figure. It is in no way RSC’s fault with what’s going on. Many many companies are experiencing shipping delays. There is the entire Suez Canal thing and then in the last month the European Union has put much hard restrictions on travel etc. Sadly this is the new norm for awhile.

Many many companies are experiencing shipping delays. There is the entire Suez Canal thing and then in the last month the European Union has put much hard restrictions on travel etc. Sadly this is the new norm for awhile. Yes you’re still getting it but other places actually care about their customers and offer discounts when things like this happen. RSC can care less about us.

There is no one giving discounts out for this kinda things. Let’s go over all the companies just even in the toy world that have experienced delays, they aren’t giving anyone anything. NECA, Super7, the Lucha Libre figures, Funko, Entertainment Earth, Target, Walmart... I could go on and on. No one is getting any breaks. It’s really not a big deal.

Target takes the money (Puts a hold on account) every month until it ships. Then they delay the orders numerous times (but still puts the hold on) Until they or you finally cancel the order. They don’t do anything to compensate you for inconveniencing you for the monthly holds or delaying/canceling the orders. Walmart delays/cancels your preorders yet fill orders that were placed months after yours. They don’t compensate anything? Mezco misses their release dates on their One:12 lines by months at a time. Same with Super 7 they don’t even address the delays let alone compensate anything. Amazon might offer you free shipping on your next order but that does nothing for people with Prime.

It’s not even like they did anything wrong, they made the figures, they shipped them, they got stopped in transport. They will arrive any time now. Cut them a bit of slack.

I feel a simple follow up email about the situation would suffice. Most collectors know never to expect something on the estimated date because all it is in an educated guess as to when they’ll be getting it. A lot of times it’s accurate but there’s plenty of times when it’s not. We don’t need constant updates as we’ve come to expect delays are a part of the hobby. For those who are impatient and aren’t in this forum then that is why RSC has an 800 number and an email address.

Another store that has places in NY has before when the shipment of figures kept getting delayed. I’m sure I can’t put the name but it’s spam. RSC would still make a profit even if they gave discounts. It’s not like they’re losing money.
