Steamboat usually jumps out when folks ask about performers who never worked heel, I'd imagine Snuka as well. But are there any folks who have never worked face? I can't really think of any, but maybe back in the territory era. Can anyone think of any?

Snuka was a heel. When he started in the WWF he was a heel managed by Captain Lou(?) and then Buddy Rogers got into his ear saying Captain Lou was steeling from him. So he broke from Captain Lou who put a bounty on him. Which Rey the Crippler Stevens collected.
I’m not saying they didn’t, but I don’t recall the Iron Sheik, Ivan Koloff or Bob Orton jr. ever being a face.

That was actually the one story that I actually fell for. It played out on a few Saturday mornings the last one I was cutting the lawn and my father called me in to watch Snuka. And when Stevens attacked and pile drove Snuka on the concrete I actually got angry and my father started laughing because of it. lol |

Koloff was a babyface in the late 80s when he feuded with the Jones Army after leaving em. Felt weird as hell him in that role. |

Rick Rude. Wade Barrett. Bobby Heenan. Jesse Ventura. The Iron Sheik. wade barrett was def a face during the last bit of his run with the whole bad news gimmick. It started as heel and got super over and he turned face before going into the legion or whatever. |
