Power lifters don't have to move. Agility isn't a thing in their world. Dax would move easier and quicker with more muscle and less fat. He would also look better. I mean you literally have a strength coach and football coach in this thread telling you you're wrong and you'd think Dax would understand what conditioning is required of him both aesthetically and functionally more than you do. considering he's been a top level wrestler for some time. but sure, dude. Telling me I'm wrong when I say a pro wrestler would look and perform better if they were in better shape? Yeah, what a crazy concept............... You'd think Chris Jericho would understand what conditioning is required of him both aesthetically and functionally more than you do. Considering he's been a top level wrestler for some time.
