I mean you literally have a strength coach and football coach in this thread telling you you're wrong and you'd think Dax would understand what conditioning is required of him both aesthetically and functionally more than you do. considering he's been a top level wrestler for some time. but sure, dude. I’m 330lbs and 6’5” and I can lift weights all day and be strong as an ox but never look cut and always have my gut. Yet I can do all sorts of athletic things, like box jump 3 1/2 ft like I did the other day to show the kids technique. If they wanted Dax to get definition and be cut, he would need to take substances like clenbuterol to build muscle and shed fat, and that is dangerous. Also, the lack of definition or fat, provides better protection for the body in a high impact environment. This is why we promote protein and give it to the entire team, we want you strong and bulky. |
