We had blood. We had guts. We had "not" crashpads and an interminably long promo from our AEW World Champion. Last week was another important milestone in the journey of AEW, but it certainly won't be the final one. Tonight on Dynamite, major implications in the title scenes unfold and Daily's hosts a living Japanese legend. Get comfy because this episode promises to be an even bigger spectacle!
Blood & Guts far surpassed the expectations of many, harkening back to the glory days of pro wrestling. But what will be most remembered was the harrowing fall of "Le Champion" and the sick satisfaction MJF obtained from his despicable act. The Pinnacle is set to crown themselves as the most dangerous faction in the locker room, but how broken really is the Inner Circle after watching their leader being tossed like his name was Cheney? As a reminder, Jon Moxley has had a deathgrip on the IWGP US Championship for well over a year. Few challengers have had the fortitude to step up (among other reasons), but tonight none other than Yuji Nagata has trekked to Jacksonville with a desire and passion rivalled by none.
Double or Nothing is fast approaching, and this week stands to have big impacts on its card. The top two ranking holders and former combatants, Pac and Orange Cassidy, will duel it out for the opportunity at Kenny Omega. Blinded by Big Daddy Don, the Young Bucks put decades of friendship aside in a showdown that jeopardizes the future of SoCal Uncensored stablemates Kazarian and Daniels. Darby Allin puts his TNT Championship on the line in the most daunting test to date, a massively motivated MIRO. Cody Rhodes will announce his DoN plans and JR sits down to discuss his halitosis and impacted molars with the Women's #1 contender, Britt Baker.
Will wounds be allowed to begin the healing process? Not a chance! But that is the drama we boomers crave on Wednesday nights.

Really excited for tonights show.
I'm so torn on that tag match. It'd be great to crown new champs tonight, but I don't think that's where they're going. I hope I'm wrong.

Pac and OC is up in the air for me. I think I'd prefer Pac, but my gut says OC is going to win. Omega/Cassidy isn't the biggest draw, but with Bucks vs Mox/Eddie and Shida vs Baker I think they're gonna go for quantity over quality. I see Double or Nothing selling out no matter who wins this match.

Pac and OC is up in the air for me. I think I'd prefer Pac, but my gut says OC is going to win. Omega/Cassidy isn't the biggest draw, but with Bucks vs Mox/Eddie and Shida vs Baker I think they're gonna go for quantity over quality. I see Double or Nothing selling out no matter who wins this match. I do think they believe OC will be treated as a big deal by the live audience. You give Omega another notch before his next challenge *cough* Hangman *cough* without risking someone's standing with a loss: OC can survive, others perhaps could not. Tonight is meant to express that if you take Freshly Squeezed lightly, it can bite ya. Plus we still have the Omega-Pac feud fresh on the books. |

I'm not the biggest Cassidy fan, but him vs Omega still has a really high ceiling. OC is a great seller and underdog, he could be a perfect opponent for Omega. |

There's not a ton of time left to build Double Or Nothing. There's like 5 matches that feel for sure, but I think everything should be clearer after tonight. I felt like Christian vs Starks was a lock for the show, but they might do Christian vs Brian Cage.

Miro takes the gold tonight?! I'd put money on that happening. I think the plan is Miro takes the tnt title, Scorpio and Ego against Darby/sting at double or nothing. Keeps ego and Scorpio away from the tnt title right after Miro wins. |

Miro takes the gold tonight?! I think it's a lock at this point. Miro losing after his push JUST starting would really hurt him. Even a banana peel loss would really hurt Miro. I'm ok with a competitive match, but Miro has to walk out with the title. If not, I really wonder where Miro could even go. |

I think the bloom has come off of Nyla. Pun intended. She's not the talent they thought she'd be. I'm ok with her in the division (especially if she works on getting better), but I think it'd be better to be building up Jade at this point. Jade destroying Nyla would be a big deal. Nyla getting another push would just feel wrong right now. |

I hope we eventually see vs Archer but not this soon Miro vs Archer would be badass. I know a lot of people want to see Archer with a title, but at this point in his career I don't think he needs it. I think it's a bit too soon for them to face off against each other, but I wouldn't be upset one bit. It'd make sense for him to defend against Trent at DoN given their recent history. I'd also be ok with him throwing someone like Janela around in a street fight. |

Nah just the one title change I reckon. I'm guessing this might end up being Daniels last match altogether. If not it's probably very close.
