Released Q4 2001. The Final Rulers set, arguably one of the strongest sub series line of wrestling figures ever made. Next week, we'll poll the winners of the 4 waves to see who advances. After that, the next TTL series to tackle will be Rebellion! torn between Molly and Regal - gotta say Regal though.
Loved this set too, might be the weakest ROTR set of the 4, but its by no means bad.
I always thought it was weird how long it took us to get a Real Scan Shane McMahon and Hardcore Holly when they were pushed out pre realscan with a few figures fast then nothing, Shane was on TV alot so it didn't make much sense.
This was supposed to be Shane in an Invasion shirt, or at least someone had that proto type right before this set came out.
RTC Val Venis was also in this set but got replaced (By Shane, as rumor has it)

I have to give credit to Jakks for the excellent head scans for this set. I gave my vote to Christian.

A step down from the previous sets but still pretty cool nonetheless. Tough call, I went with Credible (was this his only WWE figure ever by the way?). But Molly, Regal and Hardcore all look great as well.

But Molly, Regal and Hardcore all look great as well. It was. I went with Justin Credible as well. JC was the last figure I bought before my long, long hiatus from collecting wrestling figures. It's funny, because some of these 2000s sets are real blurs in my mind, but I have vivid memories of that figure. I bought it at the KB Toys at my local mall, which had shuffled locations several times. It was in its final spot on the upper level, just by the main entrance. It was really just waning interest in wrestling at the time that put me on pause. I'd pick up a just as expensive Marvel Legends habit within a year or so. Last year, a buddy of mine who's big into wrestling was having a yard sale for some of his accumulated memorabilia, and had this in a box of figures for $5 each, so I had to buy it. Eventually I'll get around to picking up an Albert and a blue gear X-Pac to put with him. |

A slightly weaker set, but still really good, and I think Hardcore Holly was the only one I didn't own. Credible and Regal are both solid versions of their WWF looks, but the lack of arm articulation hurt them. Shane was a good figure, but I wish he'd had the Invasion shirt the original photo had. The two contenders for best in the set to me are Christian and Molly Holly. I really like the glasses and shirt on the former, but the latter's specific tooling puts it over the top for me. So my vote goes to Molly.

I went with Credible. He, Regal, Christian & Hardcore I picked up from this set. Very solid figs, especially Molly.

Gotta go with Molly, one of the best diva figures at the time.
Such a shame they replaced RTC Venis with Shane.

I went with Christian, I love the shirt design and goggles. It captures him during this time perfectly.
Second place for me would be super jakked William Regal and third is Molly Holly

Went with Hardcore Holly. I had him and Shane but looking back I don't really like the Shane to much. Molly is an incredible figure though, but I'm going with cousin Bob.

I voted for William Regal because I got it in a trade, and it was at a time that I really wanted it so yeah nice figure.
My second place goes Molly Holly, third to Justin Credible, fourth to Shane, 5th to Christian.

  Here's the unreleased ROTR4 Val and Shane Before it's asked, they are in the same pose because Shane Replaced Val, and if you remember the back of the Package it was like a collage of protos instead of single photos so they needed a picture in a similar pose to replace Val to fit.  |

That Shane... I was so excited to get him but boy was he bad. They literally gave him Brown Hair!
The closest thing to a good Shane figure we got in this style was the Renegades 3-Pack figure and even it was bad. Although, in my opinion, the WMXV Jakks Shane is less of an egregious error than the Mattel one, even with Jakks printing all the logos crooked. If you ask me, the only truly good Shane O Mac figure Jakks ever produced was the RA style one... and then they released it TWICE.
