happy STINKFACE Saturday!!! Greatest Hits Rikishicoming in today we're backing it upp with a review of the Greatest Hits series 1 Rikishi! i definitely missed out on buying this figure, it consistently retained a high price on the secondary market, so im really glad they re-issued it. the last Rikishi figure i had was the TTl Kish and it was honestly a perfect figure except it had those weird V style hips so his legs splayed out instead of going up. this figure comes to us wearing a black softgoods entrance robe and sash with the yellow 'Rikishi' logo. snapple fact: Rikishi means sumo wrestler in japanese. the softgoods robe is very quality and it fits the figure great, its just made out of that material thats infamous for staining the figures. the headsculpt on this figure looks great! it portrays the big kish in a happy smiling/"yeahhhhhh" expression. the truefx updates look good on the figure; all the paint apps including hair, eyebrows, eyes, facial hair, mouth and teeth are applied cleanly and crisply to my figure. they gave Rikishi his signature necklace which looks and fits the figure great. the body recipe for this figure is honestly perfect. the big kish isnt portrayed as being too large (jakks😤) or too slim. they gave rikishi double jointed arms on this figure, although theyre covered up by elbow pads-which i believe are exclusive to Rikishi--im not sure ive seen these on any other figure. continuing down the figure, he was given the sash with red 'RIKISHI' logo and tassels hanging off of the front. the big kish is also wearing some custom kneepads and was given smooth front boots. i believe he did actually wear kickpads, but mattel gave him the 'johnny gargano' style leg. all in all this rikishi figure is amazing. it was a great choice for mattel to re-release and everyone should have taken advantage of the stock when merchants had them. it looks great, it comes with a nice softgoods robe, and its size and proportions hold up when lined up among other figures. if i have anything to compain about on this figure, i wish this rikishi came with a second serious looking head and a pair of 'too cool' sunglasses would be all. maybe have asked that mattel give him proper kickpads, but thats a minor gripe. really bummed that we wont ever get a grandmaster sexay figure to complete the too cool lineup.

happy figure friday! today we're gonna start up my reviews for the figures i bought from Elite series 97 Starting off with a TERRY FUNK FRIDAY E97 Chainsaw Charlieripping into the reviews today is the hardcore icon Terry Funk as Chainsaw Charlie! around the time of wrestlemania 14 was when i started watching wwf so chainsaw charlie was my first exposure to the funker. i never quite understood the gimmick, and i never had faith in him to win a match but he made my dad laugh, so theres that 😂 this chainsaw charlie figure was very unexpected and ended up turning out really, really cool. this figure comes to us with a chainsaw accessory; id have it no other way. the main talking point of this figure is the Chainsaw Charlie headsculpt. this was an interesting design choice by the team because as we all know, terry funk wore the nylon over his face as the chainsaw character. i feel like the option was there for them to include a little softgoods nylon stocking thing as a mask accessory but they went with the unique choice of painting his entire head the nylon brown and sculpting his hair through the holes he had in the back. to be honest, i dont hate it, but i think since they went this route, they should have definitely done more with the sculpting to convey that he is wearing something on his face, not a guy with brown face. the second included head is one we've seen before and it includes the removable red headband. terry is wearing a red longsleeve shirt with brand new sculpts on the sleeves on the arms. the next interesting thing on this funker figure is the new sculpted suspenders and belt. its just interesting to me that they completely disregarded putting paint apps on the belt and just made it blue to match the jeans? Terry is wearing white hand wraps and has hands capable of holding and posing with the chainsaw accessory. the rest of the figure is wearing some blueheans and has black wrestling boots with red laces on them. all in all this chainsaw charlie figure is actually really fun. i had a lot of fun posing the figure as both Chainsaw Charlie and terry funk. the figure looks great in both iterations, its just that the nylon masked head doesnt look super great close up. i guess in photos and from a distance it looks pretty decent, but at some angles it really does just look like a guy wearing brown facepaint being crazy.

coming in today with an edition of SUPERSTAR SUNDAY and the last figure i bought from E97...... E97 Omosstomping in to todays reviews is the Nigerian Giant, Omos. this figure absolutely captures the spectacle that Omos is; the figure is huge. this figure starts with the headsculpt; it looks great and bears a great personal resemblance to Omos, they did a great job with his shaved head and sculpted beard. Omos is wearing a gold chain, black tank top and hand wraps on this figure; the tank top and upper body is all new sculpting--i feel like the arms are a tad bit short on this figure? going down this figure, we see that omos is wearing all black jeans tucked into short style black combat boots. i believe the jeans are an all new sculpt for the giant, Omos. all in all this is a pretty straightforward figure for the nigerian giant. he is VERY close to being the tallest, biggest wwe elite figure produced, but he's going to to toe inch to inch against Andre. i do like this figure all around, its a great looking figure produced for Omos and i feel like the figure has great potential for fantasy booking aswell i didnt but the alexa figure because im not really a huge fan of the possessed Alexa Bliss character, i didnt purchase King Woods because i typically dont collect new day figures, and i didnt buy the Sheamus figure because im not really a Sheamus fan.

Happy SUPERSTAR Saturday everyone! just returned from a business trip and had a bunch of boxes from figure deliveries 🤩🤩 coupla star wars figures and then a handful of wwe figures i got on ebay for scorching deals. i also finally received my Ruthless Aggression series Kevin Nash......which after wal mart cancelled my pre-order i did have to pay up for 😑 ANYWAYS we're doing a double header saturday review today THE MIZ AND MORRISONWrestlemania 27 Mizi won this figure on ebay loose for super cheap; i have a soft spot for these early Miz figures because i remember back in the day i always used Miz figures for myself becuase i would often rock the fauxhawk hairstyle and i probably would have wrestled in trunks and kickpads in similar colors to what the Miz was wearing. ANYWAYS, this figure comes to us wearing a rubber entrance coat. 1/10 on the coat-the details are certainly present in the sculpting, but there is no dynamic poseablility whatsoever with this, his arms are locked in the downward position. this Miz figure features the same headsculpt all of his figures of this era had; a kindof straight faced serious look for Miz. this Miz figure is wearing black trunks with copper and gold logos throughout. the front of his trunks have the "im awesome" clown? style logo and the back of his trunks feature the "Be Miz" logo with the eyes. his kickpads are also black with the copper and gold colorscheme, this time featuring the flames design on the front and once again his "Im awesome" logo on the back of his boots. all in all i do like this Miz figure. the early Miz figures were pretty cool looking and could honestly see myself in a similar attire would i have ever become a professional wrestler. the headsculpt isnt photorealistic, but it reads as the Miz and the body formula works for him. i like the gold and black colorscheme of the figure, this was when he was wwe champion so it went well with that aesthetic. All Stars John Morrisonso when i won my Miz figure, the seller was a bit delayed in shipping the figure out so i guess as an apology, they sent me a free all stars JoMo 😂 This all Stars John Morrison figure comes to us wearing Orange, silver and Black gear. i really dont like this headsculpt very much at all, it seems very cartoonish to me? the seller didnt include his glasses, but i think this headsculpt would portray JoMo much better would he be wearing them. this figure is showing John with a smiling, smirking expression with swept back hair. the sculpting and design is very clean, just not seeming very realistic. John was given the shredded torso, rightfully so, along with black elbowpads and black and white layered wrist tape. as mentioned earlier, john is wearing black pants with orange and silver designs, his belt is sculpted and they painted on all of the silver studs which looks great. finishing up this figure, john has sculpted orange fur around his boots which honestly looks really freaking good. they have studs painted along the top and then his tribal design applied to the outside. all in all this JoMo figure is pretty good minus the headsculpt. his most recent elite has a photorealistic looking head with the truefx applied, but i will admit this black and orange attire looks really cool. the body recipe is perfect for him aswell-no complaints there.

Happy Figure Friday everyone! i just got back from a business trip. it was a great experience but i literally had to sprint to my connecting flight home because of timing of the flights, but needless to say i made it back home safely and on time. today im gonna start my reviews of the figures from the DOK HENDRIX Royal Rumble BAF wave! up first the master of the 619! Booyaka! Royal Rumble 2006 Rey Mysteriothis classic rey-rey comes to us from the 2006 Royal Rumble which saw Rey take the victory of the event in memory of Eddie Guerrero. As he wore in the match, this Rey is decked out in all red gear which looks pretty cool--it also reminds me of his debut wwe look. as mentioned since this is a classic rey figure, he is wearing the full red mask with silver cross, wings and the white mayan logo on the back. this headsculpt is kindof portraying rey in the post match celebration look(imo) as his mask is un clasped around his neck and the strap is sculpted down and he is given a smiling, open mouthed expression. i do feel like this mask headsculpt looks good, but the facial features look a tad bit generic. during this time rey was as inked up but this figure does accurately portray all of his arm, back and stomach tattoos. Rey has on matching red armbands with the letters 'EG' in silver. during this time Rey was rocking the baggy pants and during this even he had a silver 619 on his left leg, and the iconic cross logo with flames behind it.the cross was applied in a cool blue color with silver outline and i really dig the contrast and the look of this design. All in all this is a pretty cool Rey Mysterio figure. its weird that 3/4 of the figures in this wave are all wearing red and black gear. they really pounded out the rey figures last year and this one doesnt necessarily stand out or POP among some of the other releases, it is an important figure from a key moment in time. im not 100% in love with the headsculpt. its hard to capture someones facial likeness when theyre wearing a mask, but the rey features in the sculpting of the eyes and mouth just look very ballpark to me. beyond that, i do enjoy this rey figure, it poses really nice and im glad we got a 'classic' era Rey look in the baggy pants again.

ITS TIME! ITS TIME!for a Superstar Saturday!Bombing into a review today as we continue looking at the figures from the Dok Hendrix BAF wave! Royal Rumble 1997 VaderITS VADER TIME! coming in today is one of my all time favorites, Big Van Vader. i recently reviewed his past elite figure in this attire and to be completely honest they are essentially the same figure except the new sculpted mask headsculpt and the inclusion of interchangeable hands and double jointed arms. the headsculpt for this figure is amazing; im a big fan of this new sculpted mask headsculpt. i did like the idea of the removable masks on the original Vader figures, but now that the line has evolved to have interchangeable heads, i quite like this route much more. the old rubber masks are lacking important paint apps and when comparing the heads, they just simply fit on the head and look too bulky. they sculpted Vader with his mouth open, a yelling type headsculpt and i think it looks great for posing, Vader often made this face when presenting the Vader Time hand signal to the crowd and his opponents. the headsculpt looks REALLY good, i like the paint apps to the mask and i can very much see Vader's likeness in the facial sculpting. i do kinda wish that now this mask is fully sculpted on that they would have done an updated unmasked headsculpt to go along with this figure, but im cool with this look. as mentioned, the body recipe is the same as all of his past elites, except this time we get the cool Vader Time interchangeable hands and double jointed arms. this figure also has slightly altered paint apps; the red is a slightly different shade and he has details added to the toe of his boots. this figure also features the golden V on the rear of his trunks that the previous elite was lacking. all in all this is a GREAT Vader figure and i say GO BUY IT. we have not seen this attire for a Vader figure in many years and the new headsculpt looks amazing and the modern appointments for this figure really put it over. the last legends Vader figure was really the ultimate version of NJPW Vader and this is the be-all WWF era Vader. i dont really have any complaints on this figure, i do remember the ankles being a weak point on the older style figures, but the ankles on this new Vader are pretty solid-dont know if i just got lucky for now but there is that.

^ not sure I agree about Vader's molded mask: the way they've done it - where you have parts of the mask mold painted in flesh colour (especially 'round the eyes) - kind of makes it look like the mask is coming out of his face(!?). Maybe it's just me, but he looks like some strange Hellraiser/wrestling hybrid... 😬

Maybe it's just me, but he looks like some strange Hellraiser/wrestling hybrid... 😬 🤔 i do see what youre talking about but it definitely doesn't jump out to my eyes as much when looking at it. Vader would make a great SPAWN character lol COMING IN TODAY with a Judgement Day Sundaywrapping up my reviews of the Dok Hendrix Royal Rumble BAF Wave Today! Royal Rumble 2021 Damian Priestcoming in today is one of the coolest figures to be featured in the wave; Damian Priest. this figure is based on his royal rumble 2021 appearance and it looks incredible. during the match, he wore a white and silver outfit and mattel really dug into this figure and provided us with some unique sculpts and details to bring this look into the line. the headsculpt is the exact same as his previous elite; no biggie as it still looks great. he was given a rubber entrance vest as an accessory; i dont hate it as much as i usually would, it does fit the figure pretty good and with the chains on the outfit its easier to mold that. Damian was given all of the same torso tattoos as his previous figure and they were all applied cleanly and crisply to my figure. the meat and potatoes of this figure are the unique tights and all the new sculpts mattel applied to them to make them accurate. he still features the same belt and lacing in the front of the tights, but this go around he was wearing silver guards on his thighs and knees. the sides feature silver arrow designs and the back of his tights have a few straps and a tan colored patch. he is wearing silver kickpads on crisp, white boots. all in all this figure is super cool and very toyetic. just like his first figure, it does seem like mattel put quite a bit of effort in on this figure with unique sculpts and great paint apps. the headsculpt on this figure is also REALLY good, i can absolutely see Damian Priest in the likeness immediately. SO i had 0% interest in buying the Brie Bella figure from this wave and i was lucky enough to score the Dok Hendrix BAF parts from her package on ebay for an awesome price, so i will not be featuring that figure in my collection 😂 all in all though, i honestly give this Royal Rumble wave a 2/4 excitement level, personally. 0% on the Brie Bella figure. 10% for rey, 15% for priest, 15% for Hendrix, 60% for Vader /steiner math.

coming in today we're doing a Memorial Day Macho Man Monday! E38 Macho Man Randy Savagecoming off the top rope today is one of my all time favorites, the Macho Man Randy Savage! today this figure comes to us in his Bash At The Beach 1995 attire that he wore against Ric Flair. Mach was sporting some Red and yellow themed gear for this event and at the time he was wearing a tassled coat for entrance gear, but mattel did not include that-instead some waistwrap(?), a cowboy hat and glasses. the Cowboy hat looks great and also fits the figure great. Macho is written on the front of the hat in silver and yellow flames are scorching the sides of the hat. the glasses are classic styled macho man sunglasses with red frames and sharp yellow designs on the lenses and they also fit and look great on the figure. underneath the provided entrance gear, we were given the stone faced stoic macho man headsculpt once again for this figure. it is a very bland look for Randy savage and i wish they had not gone to the well so many times for this headsculpt as i feel like it just doesnt give macho man energy at all. moving down the figure, macho's body recipe is the same as it ever was. he was given white hand wraps and his tights actually feature unique sculpting. for this event, macho man's tights were sporting a sort of 'shredded tassle' design throught the leg and mattel sculpted the tassles on the tights and to be honest i really dont hate it. from a distance, some of the tassles do just kindof look like paint blobs, but up close you can see they made the effort to sculpt in the fabric look. finishing up this figure are some tall white boots covered by red and yellow boot tassles. all in all this is a pretty cool Macho Man Randy Savage figure. i believe that the ultimate edition Ric Flair is wearing the attire(or similar) from the Bash at the Beach '95 event, so these two could be somewhat posed amongst eachother to re-create the event. i like the cowboy hat and glasses included for macho but i do wish they would have done something about the jacket aswell. i am a fan of the sculpted tights, its a unique look that i think they pulled off for this figure successfully. my biggest gripe is ofcourse the headsculpt; it is just so bland and unenergetic, even gritting teeth would have been cool for this figure.

Roaring in today is a Throwback Tuesday as the HOT ROD makes his way into the collection Hall of Fame Rowdy Roddy Piperpiping in at the end of the day with a late night review is the Hall of Fame Roddy Piper figure! this is probably my favorite Roddy Piper elite; the headsculpt is by far my favorite Piper headsculpt-long hair piper was always my favorite look. this headsculpt captures piper with his long haired look, in a shouting expression. the headsculpt isnt photoreal by any means, but it looks great and with his expression i really wish this figure had double jointed arms so he could hold a mic proper. this piper was given an awesome softgoods iconic "Hot Rod" tshirt in white with red collar and sleeve accents. in addition to the infamous shirt, Hot Rod was given a rubber removable Kilt accessory that fits the figure and looks pretty decent; it all clasps on one edge, so there is a slight gap in the belt where the tshirt pokes out. underneath the street gear, Roddy is wearing his traditional white wristwraps, blue trunks, blue kneepads, blue striped socks 🤣 and dark red boots monogrammed with R.P in white. all in all this is honestly my favorite Roddy piper figure and to be hoenst if you were to buy a piper figure for the collection, id get this one. the last few long haired headsculpts havent really captured his likeness or energy but this one is great. he is not only wearing his iconic Hot Rod tshirt but also his traditional wrestling gear underneath. my only gripe is that i wish mattel had more body recipe choices and more body molds because piper was not really a skinny guy but also not a muscular or chunky guy. he was meaty. this figure makes him look thin-but that par for mattel. otherwise if this figure had double jointed arms i think it would be the perfect piper figure, IMO

coming in today with an edition of She Slays THURSDAYS 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻 nXt Ruby RiotRocking into the reviews today is Ruby soho Riot! this is a really cool figure that is absolutely STACKED with details. the headsculpt on this figure looks really good. it captures Ruby in her short hair look with a smiling expression. the likeness is definitely on point, i see Ruby when i look at the face of the figure, but the way that she is smiling can almost look like she is biting her lip or making a goofy face on purpose. this figure comes with a rubber entrance vest; the vest is really good actually, it fits the figure great and has many unique sculpts. they sculpted the details of the denim and her pyramid studs around her neck. the vest features a ton of really cool 'patches' ranging from skulls, spider webs, and logos. on the back of the vest she has a large RUBY and RIOT patches along with a skull sporting a mohawk,a tape cassette, and various studs. Ruby is obviously sporting a ton of ink and mattel did a great job of capturing the details of her work on this figure. Flowers, butterflies and skulls occupy her right arm, she has some chest work, an owl on her abdomen and a cross design on her left wrist. her attire is primarily black and red gear with some cool news paper clippings mixed in with mesh, studs and logo patches. her attire is unique in the sense that she has a long right legging and a trunks level short on her left leg. finishing up this figure are some meduim sized black boots. all in all this ruby figure is really cool and i think mattel did a great job of presenting as many details to this figure as they could. the headsculpt is really good, they captured her piercings and gauges really well-its just that the expression just looks like she is biting her lip sometimes. all of her tattoos look great and mattel really jam packed this figure with paint apps-you could spend an hour just looking at all of the little details on this figure. for a figure of this era-i have no complaints. it would benefit greatly from interchangeable hands and double jointed arms but beyond that i think mattel did great with this attire and figure.
