continuing our reviews today with a SUCKAAAAAAAAAAA Sunday! RA Series 2 Booker Tcoming in today is the FIVE TIME FIVE TIME FIVE TIME FIVE TIME FIVE TIME WCW champion, Booker T. its really funny to me that this figure was released because the ONLY Booker T figure i had in my collection as a kid was a TTL Booker T.....wearing white track pants! basically this exact figure, so cool and so nostalgic for me. the headsculpt on this Booker T looks great, it appears to be the same headsculpt from his previous booker T elite figure, expressing a sort of serious, focused face. the body recipe is also the same as his previous elite figure, i dont really have any complaints with it. Booker was given all black gloves and numerous sets of interchangeable hands for this figure; we're given pointing hands, holding hands, and claw style '5 time' opened hands. Booker was given some really cool softgoods track pants for this figure, they are all white with black stripes; i dont distinctly remember Booker choosing to wear white track pants often, but it mustve been a thing given the few figures he has had released in this gear now. underneath the track pants, Booker is wearing the infamous nWo 2002 gear with the big nWo logo placed diagonally across the front of his trunks. cant recall a ton of people being thrilled about booker t being a member of the nWo but he was there rocking the black and white among kevin nash, shawn michaels and x pac. finishing up this figure, booker is wearing black, strapless boots with a silver Booker T logo on the outside of the boot. all in all this is actually a REALLY good figure. the headsculpt looks great for booker, you get a bunch of interchangeable hands and the figure just all around looks and poses really good. i guess the only detractor is the fact that its nWo version of Booker T; it wouldve been cool to get another booker t figure in his typical ring gear, but it was another member to help us flesh out our nWo 2002 collections.

Awesome pics... brother!!
Not gonna lie - I really like the rubber shirt... it seems to fit better than the cloth ones(?). I don't really know which I prefer π€

Happy Figure Friday everyone! Rambling in today as the last figure of the Wrestlemania Mean Gene Oakerlund BAF wave is the AMERICAN DREAM BABEHHHH Wrestlemania VI Dusty Rhodesnothing against the Dream, babeh but this was my least anticipated figure of the wave. i REALLY dislike the headsculpt used on this figure; it captures Dusty in a really weird "Woahhhhh" or "EHHHHHHHH" or "ahhhhhhhhh" kindof expression--he looks more shocked or scared than anything. the hairsculpt is pretty decent, but his eyes and mouth are both open wide and idk its not that great of a look. it could be used as a mid-promo dusty headsculpt? i dunno. ANYWAYS since this figure is from WMVI, Dusty is wearing the black and yellow polka dot attire and this figure was given a softgoods top as Dusty was seen in at the event. the body formula is classic Dusty including his birthmark, dont think they changed anything from past Dustys other than the double jointed elbows. dusty was given a right elbow pad with 5 yellow dots, a right kneepad with 5 dots, and a left kneepad-also with 5 dots but in a different configuration. mattel added the white knee wraps underneath Dusty's kneepads and finally this Dusty is wearing White and Yellow cowboy boots with classic western filligree and RHODES going down the side. Dusty was also given a few pairs of interchangeable hands for posing. all in all this is a decent Dusty figure given that he is wearing the classic polka dot attire and was given a softgoods top, double jointed arms and interchangeable hands, but the headsculpt is just so unappealing to me. FINAL THOUGHTS ON THE WAVE i think all in all i was probably honestly a 2/4 on excitement level for this wave of figures. i wanted the hollywood hogan figure and the macho king figure the most out of all the announcements, had it not been a BAF wave i dont think i would have gotten Rock or Dream. i had also literally JUST purchased the old elite Mean Gene figure on ebay and all of the sudden now he gets a re-release. π having an updated Mean Gene is never a terrible thing however and i do like the end figure we got of him. i will also admit that i really liked the concept of releasing both characters from the pay per view match in their respective attires. 4. The Rock. im a huge rock fan but this figure just really underwhelmed me. we've seen the golden logo trunks rock figure released numerous times before and the new headsculpt wasnt enough to put this figure over in my mind. 3. Dusty Rhodes. the headsculpt is dreadful but beyond that the figure is decent. they even gave him a softgoods top and that is always a plus 2. Macho King. love macho king, love the attire, love the accessories, love the headsculpt. the paint apps on the tights arent 100% accurate and that kinda irked me. 1. Hollywood Hogan. always a fan of anything nWo, especially Hollywood Hogan. this figure turned out really good despite me not really liking the thinner torso and lighter skintone choice for this era of hulk. the release of this figure also got us one more step closer to completing the nWo 2002 group.

happy slammin saturday yall i stopped by the figure aisle in my local wal mart today and theyre still flooded with old basics, E98 ortons and big Es. also have a bunch of the WM BAF series Rock figures on clearance. still repping the dark order wave of AEW figures aswell; cant wait for the reset! i think today im going to crack into the figures that i bought from Elite series 98! E98 Farooq Asadso, this figure really threw me for a loop because i had 0 expectation to ever see a Farooq Asad elite figure. the look; while very unique and toyetic, i couldnt imagine being at the top of many people's want lists. not knocking the decision to produce the figure, but it was just a "huh?" kindof choice to hear about in the lineup because it was a sort of short lived and weird booking choice. i had a ton of fun posing this figure around; as i mentioned the character has a very toyetic look to him-almost like a mortal kombat or street fighter character and the fact that he has the awesome double jointed elbows, he has more range to make cool or funny poses. this figure comes with two interchangeable heads-one with a silver helmet, the other with a light blue metallic helmet. they both seem to feature the same facial expression-a stoic, serious appearance. Farooq's attire consists of a black and blue singlet with a belt and a gladiator style trunk covers, and black trunks with a blue triangle on the back to match the design on the singlet. the upper singlet, belt and trunks cover is all one piece of rubber, the sculpting to the details is pretty good and it fits the figure good however it does hinder poseability of the ab crunch. beyond that Farooq is wearing matching blue kneepads and tall black boots. all in all i was really surprised by this figure. to be candid, i was not excited for this figure or character but i was certainly interested in having a Farooq Asad in my collection and to be honest mattel actually did a great job pulling off this character and figure. it poses really well, it looks great and they did a bunch of unique sculpting on the attire just for this figure. id recommend buying this one πͺπ»

The Macho looks fantastic, but it really feels incomplete without a jacket. I agree about the Dusty face.
Farooq looks amazing. Can you take the top part of his singlet off?

The Macho looks fantastic, but it really feels incomplete without a jacket. I agree about the Dusty face. Farooq looks amazing. Can you take the top part of his singlet off? youd really have to fanagle it off of the figure; removing the head and taking it up over the arms to get it off i suspect. Coming in today with an edition of SHE SLAYS SUNDAYS continuing with some TOXIC opinions on E98 today E98 Mandy Roseafter taking a long Hiatus from the elite line, we get the return of MANDY ROSE in elite 98, this time in her appearance as the leader of the nXt group, Toxic Attraction. right out of the gate i want to say that this is a GREAT figure! the headsculpt looks amazing, i see Mandy in the likeness immediately, she was given her updated dark brown hair and they applied the light color to her eyes perfectly, the sculpting and paint apps are on point on my figure. this figure was given her burnt wings entrance gear and they also look amazing. it hangs on the figure like a backpack and it looks and fits the figure great. this brings up my main complaint for this figure and it is that they sculpted her hair to accommodate the wings and it makes the figure look a little awkward when she does not have the wings on as all her hair is swept forward onto her shoulders. moving down this figure, she is wearing her red leather top with sculpted details to the lacing on the sides; they included the paint apps to the lacing and it looks great. Mandy is wearing some black leather shorts with silver stud detailing around the waist and on the cheeks. finally this figure is wearing some black lace 'socks' and short boots that feature paint apps to the buckles around the ankles. all in all this is an amazing figure. the headsculpt and face looks incredible, i see Mandy Rose right away when i look at her and they nailed the paint apps on my figure-really happy about that. the attire and gear is really packed with details and its one of the few figures i can say mattel really nailed. my only complaint as mentioned earlier is that her hair is sculpted forward over her shoulders to accommodate the wings and it doesnt provide a natural look when she does not have the wings on.

π€π»πΈ happy figure friday everyone! πΈπ€π» E98 Rick BoogsRocking into the reviews today is Sticky Ricky, AKA Dick Del Hagen, AKA Rick De La Stick, AKA RICK BOOGS. i really like this figure alot; i am an avid guitar player myself so i think its really cool that he is getting the rocker gimmick over! the headsculpt on this figure is really REALLY good, it captures rick in a smiling-excited expression and the Truefx was applied to my figure perfectly, the likeness is absolutely on point. this headsculpt is unique because the ponytail is articulated and comes out, allowing you to make a modern era short hair ricky if you choose. this figure also features the so far dreaded rubber tank top to complete his overalls look. as much as i want to hate it, it actually looks pretty decent on this figure-its still really bulky, but the fact that hes wearing overalls kinda makes it work. they added texture to the denim and sculpted the shoulder buttons.the top is denim colored and features his "Lets Ride" catchphrase in red across the chest and a BOOGS CRUISE circular logo on the back. he is wearing matching denim colored shorts with R-B red letters on the pockets. Rick is ALSO wearing matching denim colored kneepads and fresh white sneakers. for accessories, Rick was given his signature Flying V guitar which is actually really accurate and featured a removable strap and breaks apart at the neck. all in all i really like this figure. mattel did a great job with the headsculpt, attire and accessory--a rare happening. the rubber top doesnt look horrible on this figure, i dont have the chase but honestly that one looks just fine to me too. i wouldnt say that this figure is a must have for the collection, but it is a really great figure overall and that should be appreciated.

happy slammin saturday!! E98 Demon King Finn BalorCrawling into the reviews today is the return of the Demon to the Elite line after a long hiatus. This Finn Balor Demon King figure brings the Demon to us as he looked in his appearance at Extreme Rules 2021 when he returned to challenge Roman Reigns for the Universal championship. this figure comes to us wearing some really unique headgear; its a similar headdress to what we've seen come with the Demon King, however this version features a bunch of long spikes along the center of the head in a mohawk fashion. they look really cool, however are prone to being bent or warped in storage. i like the headsculpt on this figure, its one we've seen a few times before--its the angry teeth bearing, almost growling expression from Finn Balor. the paint apps look great on my figure, i thought it was interesting how they featured the fade to his hairline. moving down the figure, Finn is wearing a badass bodypaint design on his chest of some sharp teeth and a tongue that extends black and red designs on his upper arms and back; the back features a white BALOR logo across his shoulders. this Finn figure was given some bicep tassels-these appear to be new for the finn balor figure? they look great, theire a sort of brick red color and are articulated so they can be posed around as you move Finns arms around. the tassels are probably one of my favorite features on this figure lol. This appearance of the Demon saw him wearing red wrist wrap, white finger wrap and black nail polish, all captured on this E98 figure. they also included all of Finns tattoos on his hand and his forearm. this figure is wearing all black trunks, kneepads, and kickpads with red phrases applied over them in a scratch font such as : "Summon the demon" , "Demon King all Hail" , and "All Hail Demon King". all in all this is an awesome Demon King Finn Balor figure. they updated his torso, but my #1 complaint for this figure is that for some reason they gave him shorter legs? this figure poses amazingly with the new double jointed arms and clawed hands, but why did they adjust the formula?! the headsculpt looks great on this figure and the articulated arm tassels are really fun for posing. i will admit that the headgear is REALLY cumbersome however, it looks great on the figure, but you need a chunk of space to store it and those horns are all really prone to warping and bending. i did not purchase Big E or Randy Orton from this series as i really didnt feel the need to grab those figures. i feel like E98 was a good series overall, kindof a weird choice for the "Flashback" figure of the wave in Farooq Asad but they actually nailed the figure pretty good. Farooq, Finn Balor, and Rick Boogs were all really fun figures and characters that i enjoy posing around and having in the lineup. Mandy Rose was a GREAT womens figure, her headsculpt turned out amazing and her winged accessory looks great on the figure. Gonna review a few random figures for a bit and then i think ill Jump into Legends Series 17!! πͺπ»

Happy Superstar Saturday!! we're finally getting some much needed rain out by us today, i love rainy days! went out for a little figure hunt yesterday, i went to the walmart in the next town over--they had 2 elite figures and a TON of old AEW figures. the AEW figures dated all the way back to series 2 π€£ cant understand why they havent clearanced those out yet but the pegs were overflowing. Tribal Chief vs Beast Incarnate Amazon 3 packBrock Lesnarcoming in today, we're gonna talk about the Amazon exclusive Elite 3-pack featuring Brock Lesnar, Paul Heyman and the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns. i was pretty excited for this pack as it gives us an amazing new Paul Heyman figure and a new Farmer Brock in softgoods and jeans. i REALLY like this new Brock figure! the headsculpt features his newest look with the topknot ponytail and beard, the sculpting looks amazing and on point, i can see Brock in the likeness of this figure immediately. they captured Brock in a smiling, sort of excited expression-it works for this character and figure. Brock is wearing a sort of street gear attire in this pack featuring some AWESOME softgoods blue/grey flannel outershirt that looks really good and fits the figure great. underneath the flannel, they gave Brock another softgoods black tank top style shirt that closes in the back via velcro. this shirt also looks REALLY good on the figure, it fits great and just looks awesome on this figure. Classic Brock torso and tattoos all featured for the upper body and a new jeans mold for the crotch and legs. the jeans looks amazing; the new crotch mold matches the torso size perfectly and they are a light blue color with some lighter colored dry brushing effects throughout and i cant speak enough praise for how good it actually looks. all in all this three pack street gear Brock is an absolute MUST HAVE. the softgoods tops looks and fit the figure great, the headsculpt likeness is on point and the new jeans mold for Brock looks incredible. this figure really is top tier in design and execution.

Tribal Chief vs Beast Incarnate Amazon 3 packPaul Heymanthis 3 pack gave us another absolutely legendary level elite figure in that of Paul Heyman. the headsculpt on this figure is absolutely incredible and amazing!! it is so photorealistic to my eyes it looks EXACTLY like Paul Heyman no questions asked. the paint apps to my figure were applied really well, i always feel like the apps to the eyes will make or break a figure, i feel like the eyes on my figure are a bit splotchy, but from a distance it still looks incredible. Paul comes to us wearing a navy blue suit with dark brown shoes and light brown undershirt and blue tie. he was given the "portly" sized suited torso, i like it-works quite well for modern paul. i do feel like they need to work on his legs a bit? i think the way they designed this figure it just looks like paul has a pot belly and it doesnt really reflect his actual physique and stature. Paul was given a wwe microphone for accessory and the incredibly doible jointed arms so he can hold the mic up proper. this Paul Heyman elite is another absolute MUST HAVE for the collection. the headsculpt is out of this world amazing and the body recipe and torso is really on point aswell. the figure was given double jointed arms which is a must have feature for manager/announcer figures now and he features that glorious feature, so this paul is another top tier elite figure that everyone needs!! Tribal Chief vs Beast Incarnate Amazon 3 packRoman Reignshonestly my least excited for/anticipated figure from the three pack; Roman Reigns. for this 3-pack, we get a classic elite Roman figure with the angry, disgusted, snarling headsculpt that we've seen on many figures before. he was packaged with the Blueniversal championship with the RR sideplates and a white softgoods Bloodline t-shirt that honestly looks pretty good and fits the figure fine. this Roman figure was given the Red right hand gauntlet and the black wrist gauntlet on the left. Roman is sporting double jointed arms and the rest of the figure is classic Roman black cargo pants. all in all, given the new Brock figure we received in the pack and the amazing Paul Heyman elite figure, this figure feels a little lacking because it really doesnt bring anything new or exciting to the table so to speak. its still a decent Roman figure, i dont hate the headsculpt it actually hold a good likeness to Roman, but we've seen it so many times recently and the latest Roman figures havent really been much different from the last.

ππ§¨πHappy 4th of JULY ππ§¨π i dont have any super patriotic reviews geared up for today but we'll continue slamming and splashing our way through the Legends Series 17 reviews! Legends 17 Ultimate WarriorComing in today is the Dingo Ultimate Warrior making another appearance into the Legends line. This is kinda a double debut figure in the sense that they attempted to portray Warrior in his ""debut"" look during the Dingo Warrior era with the short hair and mustache and they've also included a head that attempts to portray warrior in his debut wwf facepaint look. i really the Dingo Warrior headsculpt; they were able to portray him with an intense, teeth bearing, growling, snarling looking expression and it looks great! he is sporting short to medium length combed over hair, mustache and red and blue split facepaint- definitely looking like your Dad or Uncle if they donned some facepaint. the expression on this headsculpt makes this figure really fun to pose around---i actually had a TON of fun posing this figure around with the double jointed elbows i was able to hit a lot of great looking warrior style flexing poses. this figure has the classic Warrior body recipe; nothing different here except for the boots mold. this figure was given red and blue bicep tassels and theyre articulated which i love so much they look great when posing, and then moving to his wrists he is sporting red and black wristtape. this Warrior is sporting red trunks with no logos, black kneepads with white trim, blue and red knee tassels tied off below the knee this time and some strapped silver boots. all in all this is a really cool Ultimate Warrior figure; i do enjoy the legends line hitting these debut looks/super early character looks. mattel really nailed the early Dingo warrior headsculpt, however i feel like the included long hair headsculpt is not completely compatible with the chosen attire AND the paint apps on the long hair head on my figure are way off- the eyes are way misaligned. i really like the attire and colors chosen, the red and blue contrasts great and the silver boots look amazing. my only complaint for this figure is simply the fact that he is from an era or territory that mattel have not touched on too much so there isnt alot of talent to line him up against, but i still commend them on giving us this early era of Warriors career. also, the included interchangeable head doesnt quite match up with an accurate attire.
