It was one of the iconic things Angle did and yet we never were able to do it in fig form, kind of a miss on Jakks and Mattels part

wasn't there a tna prototype that was supposed to have this feature?
i could see mattel doing this with an ultimate edition if they ever make kurt figs again.

They could've made his upper straps out of thin plastic like Demolitions attire which would've been great for this feature.
It's something Angle did in basically all of his matches so removable straps would've been cool.

I thought this feature would be cool.
Bret did it v flair when he won his first world title
Perfect did it v flair in the retirement match on raw
Granted not as often as angle but still pretty iconic for fans of those eras
Also if they worked out how to do it, they could repurpose parts from other figures all bar the torso - this feature wouldn’t affect head, arms, legs boots etc all of which would’ve already been previously produced

Some glaring omissions for Angle, but at least we got a few eras covered I guess.
How they didn’t utilize the two heads feature to do a wig and bald Kurt I’ll never comprehend.
Also ECW Kurt and evil Commissioner Kurt.

So can they still pump out Kurt figures or no? He has stated he hasn’t signed a legends deal which Bill confirmed means he’s off the table for now. |

Atleast Mattel can say Kurt wasn’t their biggest fail with the elite line. That honor goes to RVD and his one elite figure.

All those angle figures and most of them were forgettable moments. Mattel once again failed it Aside from E59, yeah. Need more of those RA Angle’s. And for the record I have no problem with the Shield Angle, but as far as the topic of memorable/wanted Angle’s goes it’s not that lol. |
