I can’t not get this. There’s just too much there that I’ve always wanted from the Mattel line. I don’t expect to see Hasbro-like numbers of backers where multiple tiers will be reached, but I do think there are enough collectors and fans of the New Generation era to fund this project. An Ultimate Edition Doink would be icing on the cake. I hope that people realize they will get more for their money if they decide to participate, and by doing so, it will open up possibilities for items down the road that you may want even more. I'm genuinely curious to see where this ends up. I don't think there's any chance we see Haslab numbers just with the less prominent property. And a big part of me wonders how many rings you can sell people when so many already have the WCT ring that is, for all intents and purposes, the same. But with a SDCC release and collectibles at record levels during the pandemic, I'm also ready to be surprised. I don't know that one or even two tiers of stretch goals is out of the question, especially if they're a little more exciting than what Haslab has offered. Offering two (or even more?) figures would be a huge step towards that. I think it’ll depend on how spaced apart the tiers are and the quality/exclusivity of the additional offerings. Massive set pieces are probably out of the question, but figures (especially one as colorful as Doink) and accessories can still add layers to this. I would support it either way, if there were or were not added incentives; at this point, I’m just holding out hope that somewhat casual collectors will jump at the chance to be a part of this.

In the Mattel Creations video, Sweaty Bill looked like he would rather be working on an Elite wave with Drew Gulak, Jaxson Ryker, Matt Riddle, Chad Gable and Otis in their USA flag attires. Does anyone actually think referring to him as "sweaty Bill" is funny? Bullying is not cool people, I don't care if it's a grown adult. Grow up.

I like the more accurate ring, but at $250 (even though we also get a stage and a Diesel ultimate) seems too much. Unless one of the tiers includes Raw is War skirts, ropes, and a cage. I might have to pass.

I don't think it blows past 5,000 into Haslab five figure numbers or anything, but my gut tells me it relatively comfortably goes over 5,000. I'm honestly on the fence about it myself. On the one hand I really don't have the space and I generally don't display with rings or etc. but on the other I think I think it's actually a good value and I want to support this the first time around (plus this is honestly a really cool piece). Very curious to see what the bonus tiers are beyond the teased Doink. I would hope/think ringside tables for commentary and timekeeper. Maybe some guardrails?

I don't follow the Elite squad, and didn't know Bill himself used it. You turned what could've been a helpful response into a rude one by telling me to "get over" myself.

Is Doink really an incentive for people? Maybe my anti-clown bias is showing.

I love it lol.

Its a tongue in cheek nickname, nobody uses it to insult the guy. It’s a nickname people who know him personally use. Is it a nickname you’d be happy to use snd call him to his face? I didn’t, I called him bill. Sean waltman once said he hates when people he doesn’t know call him ‘kid’ cos that’s what his friends call him. Fans should call him by his character names, not a shorthand version

I think this - maybe squeeze into a further tier for doink but not much more. I’d love it to smash it though and we get guard rails, mats, entrance walkway etc. I think it’s be too much to expect the raw letters due to the size they’d need to be and costs involved but that would be a dream

The extra tiers are just value-added. It might nudge some people on the fence over the line, but it's not going to be the reason you drop $250. I'm looking forward to seeing what the additional tiers are, though. Doink is more than I was expecting, honestly. I thought it might be something like an announce table and some chairs.

An original Matt bourne evil doink yeah, very early photos he had false pointed teeth in which would be amazing if he was super old school evil doink
