It has gained about 100 backers in the last 2.5 hoursβ¦.really starting to pick up steam! I think it gets to 3200 by midnight tonight and could see a little over 4K by the time the macho man promo expires tomorrow! I donβt think Doink is realistic unless a company buys up the extraβ¦..However I do think we are going to hit 5k What if we don't get anywhere near 5,000 and the Macho Pack has expired by then? |

They're next play to get a bump is to actually show the Savage figure. Since this item will be released next August, I'm sure the design team priced what it would take to make the figure but have no actual concepts of the Macho Man yet. Like Steve said, he never thought they'd be able to make WM10 UE Macho Man because of the price of producing the figures. I'm sure the team put together that this project allowed the ability to produce that "dream figure," but they didn't have any plans to do so until pretty recently. But I would love to see it, too! |

Thereβs no doubt in my mind that the early bird gets extended to the first 5000 backers. I wouldnβt bank on it and order by Friday but with the momentum itβs gotten the last couple days theyβre gonna wanna keep it going.

By my count, there's 34 more hours of availability for Macho. If they can average out to 50 an hour (obviously the # wouldn't go like that, as there will be busier and slower periods), that would put it over 4000 by the end of the Early Bird promotion. We'll see what happens.

they need to extend passed the 15th to the 16th. We collectors with kids get our child tax credit each month now on the 15th. I've already backed this and yes i realize they don't charge you now, but some people need to see the cash in their accounts before they hit yes!

I am one that hopes they DONT extend the Macho "early bird" special. That should stay as an exclusive to those that backed it early. However, someone mentioned above about a Bret ultimate repaint as a final push to the 5k! That should be an easy and much cheaper way to get this done. The early backers get it all. The hitman can be simple and could be all plastic like the first (Don't even need three heads or jacket IMO)
