Received the lovely letter from Customs and paid the £63 - so my set will be arriving Tuesday...finally! 😁 Brilliant do you get to choose a time slot for delivery? Unfortunately not... hopefully, I'll be in most of the day. |

Missed out on this crowd funder, but if anyone is willing to trade their macho (or extra macho) for a 1/5000 chase Cm Punk, let me know. Secondly, for anyone who has the new gen ring, is their any significance in its design that differentiates it from previous Mattel rings?

What is this 1/5000 chase CM Punk you speak of? As for the New Gen Ring, it’s 20.75”x20.75”. And it has fabric turnbuckles. And different ring skirts. There are more details to it which you can find on Page 1 of this thread. But if you’ve got either the first or second Jakks real scale rings or the Wicked Cool Toys authentic scale ring and classic cage, you only really need the New Gen ring if you want it. I personally think it’s the best scale ring since the first Jakks real scale ring, but I’d only recommend it if you don’t already have a classic blue WWF scale ring or you’re really into rings like me. This is like the 10th scale ring I own. |

I did not see that post thank you. It kinda sucks that they have done this. So we are pretty much paying for customs on an item for £360 despite most only paid around £200 for it. |

So I finally managed to track my order.
Instead of the UK, it went to Belgium. From there, Gambia, then back to Belgium, who then sent it back to Gambia on 05 September.
I am beyond furious with this level of service. How difficult is it to get TWO LETTERS correct on an address? GB is not GM, so why has my arena ended up presumably lost in Gambia?
EDIT:
I called them back to see what could be done. The call handler was super sweet and couldn't have been more helpful or understanding. They accepted it was a lost delivery and a potential fault with the shipping system that was sending items out incorrectly. I was offered a replacement arena (with no time frame attached to the delivery) or a full refund. I requested a replacement, and was told I would receive an email to confirm this and tracking once the arena was ready.
It seems there are replacements available.

I only paid about £255 per arena including customs and shipping. I know the pound is tanking atm, but the customs we paid reflected the value of the pound a few weeks ago. This should be listed at £300 maximum. If they don't fix this crapthere's no way I'll be backing any future crowdfunds on here. |

Got my replacement for my new gen arena. Now the macho man is sitting at the same location my new gen arena was lost at for the past 4 days. I’m just gonna hope they didn’t lose him too. 😭

Have you put the belgian post tracking number into parcelforce tracking at all ?. My ring also was received in Gambia on the 5th September, only left there on the 19th September to go to the uk. |

Mine has also been sat in Gambia since 5th September with no sign of movement.
This customer service is appalling.
Now i have to spend a fortune to call an American number to potentially not even get it resolved. ?
