I am SO psyched for this game already. I like that 2K has apparently spent a lot of time improving the PS3 version, but it'll take a hell of an effort to get my money away from Sony on this one...an effort I don't see happening.

The show is the best baseball game every year and it is the reason I own a PS3.

i already paid for the whole thing at gamestop so when on my way home from school on the 4th all i gotta do is just stop by gamestop and pick it up, I CANT WAIT!! ive played the demo about 20 times already

The one thing I hate about MLB the show, is that in between pitches the batter does NOT LEAVE THE BATTERS BOX. They stand there with their feet CEMENTED to the ground.
In the 2K series, in between pitches, the batter steps out, adjusts gloves/bat, takes a practice swing, knocks dirt off his cleats....whatever.....it just seems more realistic.

I only have a 360, so i'm stuck with the 2K game. Not that's a bad thing.....as last year's was awesome.
My brother will probably get this for his PSP like he always does. Pretty fun game.

I'm on the fence about getting this or 2k8. I believe they both come out on the same day. I haven't really gotten into a baseball game ever since the MVP series.

I loved the 07 version of this game and since I'm practically queer for anything in red pinstripe and they've improved the career mode I already went down and paid for it for PSP. I just hope they've improved the load times.

I want to buy one but I am not sure which one to get, I haven't got a game since the mvp series so which one do you guys suggest? and I hope the one I get has Jacoby ellisbury in it.

Why wouldn't he be in them? It's not like a WWE game where they leave guys out for no reason. Unless he isn't a member of the MLB PA....That's a different story. |
