Mine was kassius ohno. I wasn’t even around collecting when he came around since I stopped for 2-3 years and it seems like I missed out on a lot of good elites, but kassius probably hurt the most since I started watching his work in nxt and starting in ROH, where I heard he was in a good tag team with cesaro.

Not "elite" but the ship has saled on me getting the Ultimate Edition 4 HBK. I won't spend that type of money on a figure and I just kick myself wondering why I didn't just buy it when it was retail price.

Gorilla Monsoon, searched numerous Wal Marts in my area and could never find it, passed it up on the bay for $40 and it went up and up. Also Rockers legends, starting collecting after it came out, passed on it for $50 another regret.

None that I can think of. There’s the chase DiBiase but I could get him if I wanted but not willing to pay the current asking price. I have the regular one plus his prior releases so it’s not really that big of an omission that I’m pining over.

I probably dont have any I wasn’t able to get either in store or paying through the nose on the bay. But there’s a few I wish I hadn’t passed up on when they were released. Some of the early elites I missed out on because I didnt start collecting Elites fully until about E16.

Ugh, where do I start?
Practically anything that was a US-retail exclusive.
Basically the entire Hall of Champions line -- Paul Bearer, Undertaker, Ultimate Warrior, Ron Simmons....
The entire Flashback line -- Mean Gene, Harley Race, Syxx, Jake the Snake, Ultimate Warrior, Yokozuna...
Mattels decision to constantly put legends in those assortments is one of my biggest pet peeves about the entire line. Being from Canada and collecting since day 1, I've missed out on so much.

Team Xtreme era Matt Hardy, 2002 V1 Matt Hardy, 2005 camo cargo pants Matt Hardy, and ECW and WWF era Dudley Boyz. Because Mattel dropped the ball and never gave us these figures.
In all seriousness, Elite 12 Kane and Hardcore Kane. I was taking a break from collecting wrestling figures at the time when these were released, and I regretted missing these so hard.

The RSC Exclusive DX:IYH Shawn Michaels. It's my favorite gear that he's ever worn, but I just wasn't collecting hard, if at all, when he would have been released, and so I missed the boat. I can't bring myself to break three digits on a $20 to $40 (max) figure, so I've kinda made peace with the fact that I'll have to settle for my second favorite gear of his (WMXIV), which I have (save for the chaps, which look like crap anyway).

for regular Elites probably Elite 16 Punk mainly but a lot from series 1-20 because I was like 7-9 and couldn’t go searching for it and couldn’t order it. Only time I got figures was when mom blessed it lol not when I felt like it

Mass released? Nothing. My area is up to E86 so anything released up to e86 if I wanted it I have seen it and purchased it. And if I didn’t want it I still seen it locally.
Exclusive? This years SDCC UE Sgt Slaughter. I wanted it but it was sold out before the website opened on my screen. So unless they release another Slaughter in the regular UE line there will be no UE Sgt Slaughter in my collection.

Well being that I live in Canada.... probably 50% of the Elite figures that were released over the past 10 years.
When the Mattel WWE figures first came out, Canada only got two elite figures out of each line for the first 6 or 7 releases. Then it seemed like we didn't get any lines for a while and then started getting the complete lines. But we would still miss a line or two for some reason.
Same with the original Legends line from 10 years ago. We would skip a series. So I never got my hands on the Legends Bam Bam Bigelow that had his 1995 look. That would probably be the one that I would still want for my collection.

I feel like I’ve been fairly lucky to find almost everything I have wanted that’s been released since I started hardcore collecting. Early in the line, I’d collect here and there and really wanted an Elite 17 Zack Ryder but I never saw it. I do kind of regret never picking up a Punk. I had my chances but wasn’t really getting many.
From when I really ramped up, the only thing I never found or was able to get at a reasonable price via third party was that Flashback wave with Harley Race, mainly for Harley but I also really wanted that 1996 Jake the Snake.
