They'll probably put a side parted hair Undertaker on like a Championship Showdown 2-pack to make me buy it. I did get UT in the kneel down pose I like. 
I get why you didn't bend the Kane elbow there, but it looks more like he's doing the YMCA dance.  |

Was considering skipping this Taker because every pic I've seen of him, with the top-heavy torso and the Michael Jackson face, has looked absolutely dreadful. Received my set yesterday; Undertaker looks pretty good in hand. I'm generally happy with it even though it's not perfect.
Kane, though - amazing figure, but the black paint apps on both of the heads is incredibly sloppy. There are small chunks missing in random places - around the mask's nose, under the eye, middle black sliver doesn't reach the top of the mask on the hair-back head, etc. That's the most disappointing part of the whole thing to me; more disappointing than the elbow fiasco.

What did you say to them? Did you just contact their general 'contact us' email address and say "I'm not happy with kane"?
I am interested in doing the same. Not so much for a free figure, but because I'm in Ireland, I wonder will they even offer me anything at all (be more hassle for them to post something to me, so i wonder would they be bothered).

I didn't order it, I was expecting a voucher. A ric flair doesnt fix my Kanes elbow though, a voucher would have made me able to buy another Kane when available. |

This is the best Kane figure we’ve gotten thus far and for it to have something so small take away from it is silly. They should really try and correct it by making a second run with the correct arm or just sending out replacement arms. There should be no need for their premium line to have an error like this. I’m an artist and just thinking of correcting this is a big headache. You’ll have to match the red, the arms are pinless so it’s not like you could remove them and sand them 100%. The last factor is you might also run into paint rub too. I want three Kanes, so that’s three I’ll have to fix :/ I’m sure the team was aware of this issue. A couple of people did mention that Hasbro had an issue with the White Dino Ranger and sent out the corrected helmet after people complained about it. We should do everything we can to at least get this addressed.

Well seen as they already did a one-sleeved kane (twice, in both his debut gear, and the inverted colours version), and this wasn't an issue, it seems like it's an oversight.
It does seem odd though, that they decided to hide it in the proto pics and such.

They finally fixed the hand pegs not matching and now we gotta deal with the arms being cast in the wrong colors it’s always something with Mattel

It's the ultimate. Ah okay. Presumably they meant from the ultimate line in general, but they do specify only two figures in that line. Very odd.
Perhaps they're just trying to offload Flair figures, though. haha.
